this hotel is super close to the Kamata train station which is within 20-30min to other tourist spot like shinjuku, Ginza, etc. also within 30min to reach Haneda airport by airport shuttle bus quite spacious for 2 people, including 3 big luggages. multiple charging port. very clean and neat. nearby full of affordable eateries/ restaurant. Definitely worth the money and will come back again.

Incredible value for the length of time that I was staying in Japan. The staff was very accommodating and could communicate in English well. Access to laundry facilities was helpful for guests looking to travel light. The hotel is situated very close to a rail station that allows easy access to the broader Tokyo metropolitan area. A good option for travelers who don't feel extremely confident in navigating the city yet due to its close location to Haneda Airport and broad access to the Tokyo metropolitan area via Kamata Station. Complimentary breakfast is provided each day, although it should be noted that you must travel to an offsite location and present a meal ticket to take advantage of this offer.

The rooms are quite small. I knew what to expect in terms of room size when I made my booking and was perfectly fine with the arrangement, but new travelers might be taken aback by the compact nature of the rooms. The photos that are advertised have a fish-eye effect and make the rooms appear to be larger than they actually are. The beds are firm and may pose issues for travelers with back and/or neck issues, especially if they opt for a prolonged stay at this location.

Location very convenient very close to station , all the stores we wanted to shop are close by.

Room a bit small no space for luggage. No airport limousine to hotel. They will start in Sept to charge for luggage stored at hotel after check out.

The hotel is in a great location. Don quijote is down the street and it's steps away from the JR Kamata Station. Plenty of food options nearby and shopping too, like Uniqlo and GU. Yamato transport is not too far away if you want to send your luggage to the airport, which I highly recommend because the trains do get crowded especially during commute hours. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious by Japan standards, as I have stayed in smaller hotel rooms before in Japan. Toiletries and pajamas are available in the lobby. There is also a public bath, but I didn't check it out.

It's quite a long journey to the hotel from Narita. Hotel staff speak limited English, so Google translate is your best friend. You can hear the trains at night, so bring earplugs.

This hotel was a little outside of the Tokyo main area, but we were able to really get into the city really fast because there was a station right next to the hotel. Also, the district the hotel is based in is really nice. Has a lot of cute shops and restaurants. Even though we were a little outside of the city, it didn’t really feel like it. The hotel itself was really nice and clean. There was also facilities to wash our laundry and also a public bath, which was rarely used.

The hotel itself was really nice, but I would’ve needed softer pillows in the end. I just got a second one, but I was able to sleep better.

Location, location, location! This hotel was perfect for our trip — incredibly convenient for getting to Haneda Airport and central to many must-visit spots like Harajuku, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Akihabara. Kamata itself is a great area, with tons of restaurants surrounding the station. Whether you’re heading into the city or looking for local dining options, this location is hard to beat! The hotel was very clean, and every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

I wish they had 2 more washers and dryers.

It was very clean and new, and I liked how the bed was set-up. There was a platform (higher floor in the room and a mattress on top of it). The bed felt very clean and I liked the powerful modern shower. I loved their shampoo and conditioner with darjeeling tea scent. The scent was so lovely, I felt like I was in a nice spa :D There was a refrigerator and clean disposable slippers. Good value for money and great location near JR Kamata station. I'd stay here again.

If you want to leave the luggage there after (or maybe before too) the check out, there is a JPY1000 charge. Other hotels don't usually do this and I think that's a bit sad. So, if I need to leave luggage for the day at a hotel after the check-out, I 'd stay somewhere else.

I stayed 1 week already and came back to this hotel after a week in Osaka. I really appreciated that they accommodate me with a luggage storage free of charge since i was coming back to the same hotel. Love that there is so much things near the hotel (shopping mall, restaurants, don quijote etc) and its 3 min walk from Kamata station.

There was no luggage delivery service from the hotel. But the staff did provide us with the information to where to go to send our luggages to the airport (or other places). Side note : Yamato Transport about 10 min walk from the hotel. You have to bring your luggage, they will not come pick it up at this hotel. The inconvenience is you have to send it 3 days in advance.

Great clean and modern hotel in Ota, close to public transport and many local eateries. We loved the Onsen which is free for guests, what a great place to soak after a full day of sightseeing!

The bed layout was a little weird for us, in the sense that the mattress is on a large wooden platform (wall to wall) which also acts as a seat for the desk. This makes it impossible to move around the room. You basically walk in the door and this platform is in the way. All bags end up on the floor in the hallway. Otherwise it's a typical small Japanese hotel room.

Out of all the hotels i’ve book during our trip-this was the best one, felt new and cleaner, had no smell of mildew or mold(i found this to be a problem in most places) Will definitely book a stay here again!

Location is a bit further away from touristy areas-that being said the locals have given us some side eye, and a cafe nearby refused to serve us so the location isn’t foreigner friendly but this isn’t the hotels fault, just be mindful of that when coming in! But most shops nearby were very convenient and around the corner (:
