Great value for money. A bit further out if you’re intending to explore Tokyo primarily, but the location is conveniently right by the train station and a mall, and on the express train it’s a breezy 15-20 min to Shibuya. The public baths are the best part of this hotel - I started my mornings and ended my days there, as it’s open until 1 AM!

Rooms are quite small but that’s standard for Japanese hotels. My AC did not work in my room but the staff was very kind to promptly change my rooms - thank you!

The breakfast buffet and the view are incredible. Japanese and Western options and an exceptional staff very attentive and full of pride for their work. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable and very clean and with ofuro bathtub. The in-room coffee and tea are perfect. The spa baths are also a zen experience and a highlight. The location is exceptional with transportation and the high-end mall and restaurants adjacent. A bus directly to Haneda airport stops directly at the hotel.

The view was gorgeous and the staff were amazing. The room was clean and well stocked. Very close to bus and train station as well as restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet was nice. On a clear day you can see Fuji! Buses headed to Haneda hourly. very convenient.

The doors leading into the building are unmarked, so it looks like a private entrance. The bathroom lighting is very dim. The hotel is a bit out of the way of Tokyo proper.

Location on 28.-30. floor overlooking great city panorama, even Mount Fuji and Yokohama . Rooms well equipped, beds comfy, quiet room and serviced well. Eco option with room service is guest choice. Shopping mall, cinema, many restaurant nearby, as well as train station, e.g. express in 15 min to Shibuya.

Only fast talking Japanese during check in. Will be difficult if guests have no Japanese knowledge at all.

Great hotel with an amazing view. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. The room was nice and spacious compared to other places in Tokyo. We also had a very nice staff member helping us with the check-in. The public bath was also great. We really loved the view :) It is also a good location as it is close to the subway and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Beautiful views across Tokyo - day and night, the hotel is, perfect for the train station. With charming staff, this hotel exceeded our expectations.....once we had worked out how to get in - It is hidden behind huge, blank doors, that are surprisingly easy to miss. There are some exclusive shops and cafes locally, situated near the river and park. We had a brief, but, very enjoyable stay.

View was great, room was very clean. Very friendly staff. The hotel is close to station and to department stores. The public bath in the hotel was relaxing and very well maintained.

Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selections of both Japanese and western cuisine. We love the bath house which we used every night. Staff was polite and professional. There is a laundry room where we could have our soiled clothes washed at a small price.

Area was nice. Hotel was a little farther walk than expected from the station but still very convenient to other shops and restaurants. everything we needed was in the area. food at hotel was delicious.

going up to the lobby and then in another elevator down to the floors was an extra step but that would be the only thing. staff was very friendly and accommodating and helpful. hotel is beautiful.

- It's close to train stations and has very nice views. - Many restaurant options close by. - Convenient stores are close by.

- As some other guests said, there's no lobby bar. - And there's no desk in the standard room. - No way to find a place to casually work in the hotel.
