Well located with cozy rooms.

The breakfast included is just a free voucher for a nearby cafe. The voucher is only worth 5$ meals, so it’s not worth doing the breakfast included option.

The bunk beds are very convenient and comfortable. It is great that you can use the common areas which are spacious. There are also washers and dryers available. The location is great - near to the trains station. And what is worth mentioning the bathrooms were super clean! At any time of the day. There is soap, shampoo and conditioner available and it is good quality. There are always hand paper towels available also in the bathroom. You get your own locker.

The air condition is a bit moldy as well as the ceiling around it. And it felt like it was little bit humid in the room. But nothing major.

Stayed in 2 separate rooms with T&B. Good value for money - sacrifice additional train travel time and expense for cheaper accommodation. Hotel will appeal more to those already experienced with Tokyo train/metro commute, the savings (less extra commute cost) you can spend on something else. Location is a bit far to walk from train/subway stations if you are carrying items/luggage, or not used to long walks, e.g. we walked to train station in the morning but took a taxi back to hotel at the end of the day since you'll feel the distance.

Cheap price means there is barely enough floor space to open check-in luggage - limited space made me struggle with packing for trip back home.

Room: Private room with a shared bathroom, small but spacious. Ventilation is very dusty, but you can control the air conditioning/heater. The room includes a TV, 2 hangers, and 2 power plugs near the bed. The window cannot be opened, which makes it hot at times. Amenities: Towel and slippers for rent (100 yen and 50 yen). Shower room provides body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Other items (toothbrush, razor, skincare set, earplugs, loungewear) available for a fee. Initial weak shower water pressure improved after a few days. Service: Key must be left at the counter when going out or checking out. Staff speaks English. No food or drink allowed in the room, but there's a lounge on the 1st floor. Check-In/Check-Out: No one at the counter from 11 am-3 pm due to cleaning. Cannot check-in during this time. Staff is on patrol after midnight and needs to be called for assistance. Location: Conveniently located near a convenience store and many eateries, and just a few minutes' walk to Kawasaki Station. Overall, a decent stay with some quirks and a very convenient location.

Need to clean the Ventilation outlet of the room as it was quite dusty, thus making the entire overall be full of dust easily.

A clean and modern hotel in a useful location, with hundreds of eating places nearby. Another eco-conscious hotel where you bring your own razor, comb, toothbrush etc. Lobby has tables and chairs to mingle, eat takeaway or work on your assignment and also (non-alcoholic) vending machines. Jazz LP covers are part of the otherwise basic decor, with a soundtrack softly playing in background. Close to shopping of all kinds and cafes.

Room was a trifle small, with awkward step down from bathroom then step up onto bed platform. Some things worth knowing - not entirely the hotel's fault. Location is somewhat indirect from local train stations, but Kawasaki is great initial base if flying in to Haneda Airport; or final stay if leaving from Haneda.

Convenient for my purpose of stay. Nice bed, shower pressure, and television in my room.

Shower rooms didn't have hooks for clothes or towels. Complimentary soap and shampoo were on the floor of the shower instead of higher up. "Breakfast" is in a cafe about a block away and they don't accept any substitutes for what they offer. I knew we'd be walking to get there but if you're concerned about the 12 min walk to and from the station to hotel with luggage it may not be for you.

i decided to stay here because i was looking for a place near the airport, it’s exceptionally close to Haneda and considered affordable. but i truly didn’t think this place would exceed my expectations. located in the right around central Kawasaki, it’s just a short walk to the station, convenience stores, and also easy to find foods. the area feels safe too even at night. room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious for the price. staff were very helpful, they even helped to me scale my luggage 😭 honestly would come back again if given the chance

Stayed in the lower bunk dorm. Love that you can book the lower bunk specifically and choose ahead of time. The pods are huge, there is so much space and the mattress is thick, duvet is warm and pillow comfortable enough. Everyone is quite respectful in the dorms. There is a lock box in the pod and another locker outside the room to store more items. There are enough showers in the bathroom for everyone. I like that they have a separate seating area to use the hairdryers and do your makeup etc. Toilets themselves were clean, but in the stalls there are some marks and stains that need to be scrubbed. But the staff do clean the bathrooms once in the daytime and also again during the night at around midnight or so, so it's much, much cleaner than other hostels I have stayed at. I think they should just include the price of towel rental into the room cost, but the towels they do have are nice ones. The area might feel a bit sketchy to some people, but this is the real Japan and I never felt unsafe at all, Kawasaki is a bit more down to earth and real than other neighbourhoods and I found the locals friendly and helpful in shops and restaurants. Good proximity to the station and lots of stores and restaurants around. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel/ hostel and close to the station and shopping. Great deal for just 1 night stay

When I got to the room the bed sheets/ pillow were just kind of bundled up on one side of the bed. I also noticed some stains on the wall and floor by the room door, not sure if it was blood or something else. I also thought I lost my passport while I was out and had my Japanese friend call to ask if they can check my room but there was NO WAY of getting an actual person on the line when called. My friend said it was an ai/ machine.

This place has great value, great staff, great services (landry), great showers and bathroom, great beds, great lockers. Loved everything about this place. I even extended my stay here. Location can't be beat. Only a 5 minute walk to Kawasaki station. Had a Good area to get work done. Lots and lots of restaurants nearby. Infinite choices of places to eat, drink, and party. I will come back here 2025, 100%.

Everything was good. No complaints. Mayyybe to nitpick: add some activities for guests to meet and hang out with one another so that people are not just keeping to themselves when on the premises. Add a social element and this place is a 10/10.
