The Onsen was amazing, largest onsen I've ever seen. So many different types of water too. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of us. We took the wrong train and got lost. The hotel came to find us at 9:30 at night and brought us to the hotel. It was about 40 minutes away and no taxi or bus anywhere. Also, since we missed dinner, they even prepared food for us. The day we were leaving they planned our departure route (so we wouldn't get lost again) and drove us to the correct bus stop too,. I can't thank them enough for taking care of us. We will definitely return.....especially now that we know how to get there.

The hotel was beautiful but there were no restaurants open for lunch and the gift shop was closed. The staff were kind enough to open the shop so we could at least buy some cup of noodles and snacks. The bus only runs every 2 hours to the nearest Lawson's. Transportation was definitely and issue for us. If possible rent a car.

An unexpected highlight of my vacation. After a long day of hikes around the Ebino Plateau I was really looking forward to this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations by far. I was greeted by a cordial receptionist who graciously took my luggage and gave a tour of the facilities. The large onsen baths here are amazing and it's great to be able to try so many different baths in a single facility. Dinner was nothing short of exquisite and was very filling--not to mention, the breakfast buffet was amazing! I really wished I had stayed longer here.

We spent 2 nights here exploring the area. Hotel location is excellent. The room was nice and the Onsen excellent - even has an outdoor space. Breakfast was good and there was lots of parking.

Dinner was a bit challenging with a Japanese language menu but Google Translate dealt with that :)

We cannot find a restaurant for dinner nearby as the location is so remote. We cannot have walk-in to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Luckily there is a Lawson nearby…

All meals are excellent. Food is varied and well-prepared. There is a large hot spring. The front staff are nice and kind with a good service mindset.

But the hot spring should be clean and hygienic. There were many red mites in the hot springs.

Resort hotel. Room was comfortable and the baths were fine though a little kitschy. That said, having the opportunity to soak in multiple indoor baths was great. I loved the location as we could travel Ebino Plateau in 15 minute for hiking.
