It is a beautiful hotel. I loved the main elevator and the cute wedding chapel. Also, the view of Sakurajima from our room was amazing. Their buffet was fantastic. There were so many choices and all of the food was delicious.

The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport does not run for about 5 hours during the middle of the day (approximately between 10:30 and 15:30).

The view from the room was really nice and the room was big enought to move around freely (bathroom included)

1- The price is a little high even for the cheaper room (the one we stayed), at least considering the room is a little dated compared to other 4 star hotels more new 2- Its a shame for the limitations imposed on people with tattos about using some service (like the public bath and pool)

Booking and arrival were well separated and I thought at one time of lodging at a business hotel for this overnight stay (and that's what I still had in mind when I arrived). Was not prepared for a wedding chapel in a vast atrium and a very long travelator in the Skyway linking the hotels two buildings. Breakfast has many options for a range of guest tastes.

Staff were friendly, the lobby was a very comfortable place to wait in and the location for the airport was good.

An annex room requires a bit of walking from reception. The walkway to the annex is totally covered so no need to go outside but if you have a lot of luggage / mobility issues the main building might be better for a room.

The hotel is quite nice and the staff was very helpful to organize our transportation to the airport for the next morning despite a shortage of taxis. They found a solution even though it was not easy.

Our stay was too short, we arrived late and had to leave very early so we could not enjoy the hotel fully.

Amazing service from Hotel Kyocera. Hotel bed is very good quality. Very comfortable hotel. Not too far from restaurants, JR line. Is a good hotel to stay at if you want to be close to Kagoshima airport.

Hard to get a taxi as an English speaking tourist. Hotel staff is very helpful, but it is hard for them to call taxi service to get a last minute taxi - that is not their fault. Just something to keep in mind for other English-speaking tourists to make sure you take into account travel accommodations in advance.

Always great front staff and clean. Convenient location. Loves hot spring.

So hot on hallways to the room from elevator and gym. No air conditioning. Wish there is an airport transportation.

Last minute booking because of flight delay. But convenient to reach by bus and local train (a little walk). Restaurant was excellent , serving delicious Waggyu

Nice designer hotel. Efficient staff. I left something behind in the room, and they kindly arranged to hv the item sent to where i was staying.

Very comfortable room. Staff were kind and friendly. Location was easy to get to.

Slightly dated decor, Food good but not great, but there was plenty of it.
