Great location in the centre of Kitami old town. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. Small clean basic room but to be expected for budget hotel. Don't assume you'll have space to keep your suitcases laid open! Comfy bed, my other half needed an extra pillow which reception kindly supplied. Fridge in room and easy to control a/c. Super stopover hotel. Didn't stop for breakfast tho. Free easy parking.

Location, breakfast, dining room with microwave and coffee for use, so you can buy packed/cooked food from next door grocery for simple dinner.

Unable to prepare packed breakfast if you want to check out early morning.

the breakfast was healthy and good. the breakfast place also convenient. we were lucky to stay on the second floor where the laundry room was right outside our rooms. super convenient.

the room is small, the toilet doors and main doors kept hitting each other. laundry too few machines, had to wait and queue up for washing.

The hotel is located very near to the train station. A department store is just diagonally opposite the hotel.

The room size is relatively smaller for a budget hotel in Japan. The bathroom is smaller still. The breakfast spread is limited.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good value for money. One night, we were late on arriving back to the hotel and the hotel car park was full. The receptionist was very helpful and came out to the car park to show us direction of an alternative car park nearby.

The breakfast was quite ok, the free parking just outside the hotel is very convenient. The location right next to the city center was great to go out dining.
