Good sized room for Japan with a nice view across the river. Coffee machine in the lobby and small table with two chairs means you can comfortably have coffee in your room. Close to Abashiri JR station and rental car outlets with free parking.

Breakfast at the hotel is good but more Japanese focused, which is fine with me. My partner would have liked more western options.

When I arrived by train, it was raining, but I didn't even bring out my umbrella - I just waited under station's roof until the traffic lights changed and then went directly to the hotel in the matter of seconds. Barely got wet. You can hear station's announcements from the hotel's room, though (with the open window) - for me it was fine, but some people may get annoyed. And while the city's main attractions aren't close to the station, there isn't really any central point to the city - the museums are on the one side, the port and shops are on the other, so the station gets you a nice central location in-between. And bus stops very close.

It's true that only one elevator is not enough. Also no reading lamp next to the bed.

Hotel location just in front of Abashiri JR station, for traveler come with JR is very convenient. nearby have few restaurant for meals and supermarket too. have own parking space for self drive traveler. breakfast is simple but tasty.

great location literally right across the rod from the JR Station and tourist office. Staff very helpful, great breakfast! it also had an Pnsem which I love.

The Onsen bathroom needed a good clean. the bath itself was fine but the tiled area where your feet go under the taps was not good! You do not notice until you get in the bath and look back then you see all the black mould! not a good feeling when your in the bath. Apart from that the hotel was fabulous!

Very lovely staff, accommodating me waiting in the lobby for my train even after checking out. Extra pillow given when asked. Easy central location for train station. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet!

Absolutely rubbish internet, needs to be fixed now. Unheard of in 2023! I gave up trying to connect at night, which is totally unacceptable. The building needs a refurbishment, very dated, feels old and dirty, although I’m sure it was clean.

Perfect hotel to stay especially during winter because the hotel is right across the train station, five-minute walk to 2 restaurants. Very comfortable beds, clean bathroom and toilet; with vendo machines and coin laundry

It was right across the Abashiri Station which was very convenient for first time visitors.

The staff spoke very minimal english which made communication very challenging. Google translate helped.
