Adequate but not exceptional breakfast

Small carpark. Ended up in the reserve carpark 200m away on the second night. May be difficult in the winter. Virtually no restaurants nearby at night.

The hotel is very close to the Shiretoko Station and next to the Shiretoko Bus Terminal. So very convenient to visit some cities around Shari. The room was super clean, really confortable, very beautiful and modern. On the ground floor, a washing machine and a dryer are available. They are located in the changing room of the onsen. The onsen is free for the guests. There is also free coffee available for the guests until 10am.

Because of the location near the Bus Terminal, you can hear the calling from the bus.

The hotel is in a great location, in front of the train station. It has a lot of free parking next to the hotel or at a public parking. We had a room on the 7th floor with partial view to the ocean. Room was clean with good wifi.

The bed is very stiff and the pillow too thick. The shower head is poorly located if you want to take a simple shower. We didn't care so much for the onsen, that looked moldy and not so clean

Stayed in this hotel end of July 2024. Good location ..just right Infront of JR station and next to Shari bus station, which provided services to Utoro, five lakes , etc.This is my priority stay in Shari for the Neputa parade. Facilities is good , there is a footbath in front of hotel, good place to relax with some refreshments. Will stay here again next time in winter.

Reasonable size room, complete with amenities. There is a convenience store right across the hotel and there are also good restaurants nearby. Location allows for an easy drive along the coast up to Shiretoko waterfalls and Nature Park.

The mattress could be more comfortable.

The onsen was really nice and the position near the station perfect.

Shari in this period offer not a great variety of restaurands. The breakfast was not rich for the sweet part.

Excellent location, next to the train station and the bus station. They have onsen at the hotel, which is great. Very good breakfast served in the morning, with a variety of westerner and asian food.

A nice big hotel, with relatively modest public bath.

Mattress was not the best, pillows were impossibly hard.

Friendly staff who are always smiling and helped us out with a reservation for a restaurant the next day. Hot spring facilities is great.

Excellent location next to the railway and bus station, strong wifi, good complimentary breakfast, complimentary onsen, luggage storage.
