- staff were very friendly and helpful - parking was free for me (limited spots available, FCFS) - room was spacious and clean - large bathroom with full size bath tub(!!!) - AC and Wifi worked well - asked for a quiet room and got one - located at the end of Kochi Sunday market, 15min walk from Kochi castle, 10min from train station

- the curtains were not blackout and I woke up at 5:30am when the sun started to rise...

the location was good and the room is of a good size considerign Japanese standards. Its not luxe but you get what you pay for and parking was free in the inhouse parking.

no breakfast provided for the room we booked. but its fine as we love to go Family Mart of 7-11 to get breakfast. i love it that on sunday, we get this street market right outside the hotel and we saw it set up as early as 6am in the morning, and there is a stall right outside the hotel door that sells this mochi snack which we saw a constant stream of japanese buying, we went to try one and it was so good. its some mugwort mochi with azuki bean paste inside, its so nice! recommend you go take a look if you happen to stay on a sunday morning

We paid for our first breakfast. The staff was accommodating and would give us directions and call taxi for us. The room was cleaned daily.and slippers and night shirts were replaced daily as well.

One pillow was like it was filled w coffee beans. The breakfast menu was limited but the place is walking distance to all the restos and shops and the sunday market was right on the street!

Near to train station & Kochi Castle. Good size comfortable bedroom, clean & neat. The Weekly Sunday market is just in front of the hotel.

Same simple breakfast set menu daily. Perhaps may want to provide at least 2 different types of set menus if possible.

Free parking at the hotel was great! Was stress free. And just right in front of the hotel, was a Sunday Market! The rooms are furnished with basic necessities. Room sizes are good too.

It was clean in a great location close to kochi castle and town centre. Breakfast was varied, something for everyone!

there was an English speaking staff when we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. toiletries were available at lobby. good location, happened to catch the Sunday market because it was right outside the hotel
