Hotel is in great location , just a short 10 minute walk from the train station and a further 10 minutes gets you into the main shopping area . Kochi castle is 1km away and could be seen from my room. The room are of the normal size expected in Japaneses hotels , clean and tidy , The staff were fantastic , very helpful , I even got an upgrade from a smoking to a non smoking room. Would stay here again if ever i came back.

Feed back rather than an complaint. Only tea bags were available at the reception to take back to the room , luckily I had some coffee drip bags with me .

The hotel is located by the railway station and close to Kochi Castle, which is well worth a visit. If you are there on a Sunday, go to the Market which runs from the Otemon gate, for about a mile. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was cleaned on each day. It was easy to adjust the aircon and there were the usual amenities left in the room. The WiFi worked well.

I liked Everything, the city, the country, the people and the Hotel. It was a warm and welcoming place to return to everyday, having visited and enjoyed the beautiful city of Kochi.

It's not fancy but it has everything we need including a well maintained rooftop public bath. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night. It seems that most of the guests were there on business trips. It offers spacious outdoor parking and machine-operating parking tower.

It's located in a walkable distance from the train station and the downtown area, but I wouldn't say it is close - taking 10-15 minutes walking and it can be very, very hot during the summer and there's not much shadow along the road. The rooftop public bath can use some air conditioning, too. But overall it is still a good hotel of great value.

Overall, a good experience. Ideal location for visitors without a car. They had check-in/ check-out machines next to the front desk, but the staff always offered to complete the process in person at the counter, which I generally prefer. One of the receptionists spoke very good English. Various light switches in the room was nice. Kettle in the room is always a plus. And the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Public bath for women was small. Would like to visit again once they complete the renovation.

The no-tattoo sento policy is discriminatory. Everyone in my family has tattoos. I've stayed here on previous trips to Kochi City, but I won't stay at this hotel again.

The sauna and mizu buro was perfect.

That there was no hourly extension, just 4 hour slot but this is not a complain!

Not far from the station. About 15 minutes walk to the shopping street. Staffs were nice and helpful. The sauna and open air baths were nice.

There was only 4 shower areas in the male bathhouse.

the room is clean , easy to reach JR station (about 10 mins walk)

so sad that the onsen for women was in repairing status
