Very loud karaoke singing on Saturday night from apartment opposite my room. Even with the windows closed I was unable to sleep.

Right smack in the middle of the city. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Very comfortable beds, and the restroom/ shower were very clean. Parking is available around the corner.

The room was incredibly small, no place to even open up a small suitcase and put it in the available luggage rack without it blocking the walking space. Restroom is clean but tiny as heck. I’m 175cm (5’7”) and if you’re taller than that it would be miserable.

Although the traffic so easy to be,the living room price good,and easy play around,but seem in the hollween night ,young people give unpleasant time.

Free limited overnight parking. Near eateries. Helpful staff.

Location to things like public transportation good for people without a car. The room price was inexpensive. There were food options within a short walking distance.

Firstly, when they say it’s a ¥1000 charge for the car park next to the hotel, they neglect to tell you there’s so special card you need to get from the front desk to put into the pay machine in the car park. I did not know about this, and no one at check in or out asked if I had parked a car in the car park, so instead of ¥1000 for a night’s parking, I had to pay ¥3100! That almost doubled the cost of staying. Secondly, they say you get what you pay for and the condition of my room reflected that. There were stains on the wallpaper and the carpet. The bed was more firm than I would have liked. Also, there was no soundproofing, and I was next to the stairs, so I could hear people walking up and down. I could also hear the people in the room above me walking around. The bed was also right under the exterior window and there wasn’t much in the way of soundproofing and since it is in the restaurant and bar district (being so close to the main train station), there was a lot of noise. Thirdly, both entrances to the hotel have a lot of stairs, which made it hard with large luggage. Fortunately a member of staff came out and helped me. If I had been a wheelchair user I would have been able to get in through those doors.

Easy to find Walking distance to Kochi station

Cleanliness needs improvement. There was mold on the shower curtain and some parts of the walls above the bath tub.

overall felt very dusty and could see built up dust near window. careful when turning on TV with children around as Adult channels are on TV.

The location was excellent about 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast was provided & nice. Good coffee sachets we’re provided.

There was a bit of smell coming from the bathroom. Otherwise it was good.
