Good location if coming by train as the station and many restaurants are very close. The room was clean and functional.

The bed was hard. The fact of having to leave the key when leaving the hotel is pretty inconvenient. If coming by car, there is a parking, which is very convenient, but the traffic in the area is crazy and it takes time to reach the hotel.

Love the location which is very near to train stations and bus stops. This makes travelling easy. Appreciate the amenities given especially mouthwash and face products. The staff were friendly and helpful too, giving us tips on where to find good food. We have enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The Hotel was well maintained. The Restaurant food was excellent. I had the 200g Sirloin Steak which was the best value I have found in Japan and very tasty. It is close to some good shopping and restaurants and railway station. An EV Fast Charge is within 5kms.

Parking is limited. That means a short walk from a parking station that the Hotel paid for. How-ever if the weather is bad the walk back is not sheltered.

Great hotel. No complaints. The hotel could be awarded a gold medal. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay in this hotel ,we spent 13 nights.

Breakfast was good.the location is good.very convenient and near to other japanese restaurants.the staffs were so nice.

some others foreigners staying in the hotel can't read japanese kanji,hiragana,and katakana written to the washing machine, and don't know how to use the washing machine.

Very pleasant staff. Close to train station and within walking distance of other attractions in Kurume.

Room was supposed to have a sofa but only had a chair. Hotel staff was very accommodating and gave us a second room at no charge, however it was difficult to visit anyone in the room with only two chairs.

Excellant Breakfast, room was well laid out and the location was excellent. Value for money was excellent

It was nice hotel, had everything and good for the price, The only thing was that they didn’t have a place to park when we got there and we had to pay for the parking.

The location is very good、 It would be even better if parking was free. The train noise didn't bother me that much. It was nice that they provided replacement towels.
