We couldn't decide where to eat, so we booked a restaurant through the concierge. We were touched by the service for us despite the difficult environment on weekends and evenings. Thank you. The view of the tatami room is amazing.

Room isn't spacious but decent for a couple. There is a nice small river area beside the hotel and we enjoyed a very short morning walk there.there is free parking right across the street from the hotel. Good shower with strong water pressure and consistent hot water.

No complimentary bottled water provided at all. Furniture have to be moved around in order for us to open 2 large suitcases. Decor n furniture are very dated but no impact on the comfort of the stay

great location and nice view of the "lake" Concierge was also very helpful. Made a last minute recommendation and reservation to a saga beef restaurant on my first night.

Amazing view if you get a room on the side of the moat. Plenty of space in the room. Really good location to walk to the castle and park area around it. It was clean and had a fridge and some drawers and hanging area for clothes. Free parking right out front.

Older hotel but was fine and meant we had more space in the room.

Room was quite small. Cannot open up 2 suitcases at same time.
