Very convenient location, very clean. The suite has a great view. Check-in was easy too.

Great location close to Saga station, huge room by Japanese standards with two separate queen beds. A projector(approx 70"!) instead of a flat screen. Nice view from the 7th floor. Nice sink & bathroom area. Keyless door that uses a pin code sent to your email address. Microwave in the room.

This is a completely staff-free hotel. Not that I really care, the check-in was straightforward enough, but I have nothing else to put here and perhaps this matters to someone else. No breakfast option but the station is a 5 minute walk away with plenty of choices.

Thr size of the room was great! The room was bug enough for two people and very cleaned. Also, the keyless entry of the hotel and room were nice so I didn’t have to carry the key all time.

No staff was available at the front desk. Did not know that this hotel has no staff. Also, the wifi password was not available in the room so I have to go down stair to get the password.

The location is the best. Just 3 minutes to Saga station. There are everythibg you need at the station; restaurants, bakery shop, drug store, 100 yen shop, and supermarket.

The room was very clean. Modern interior and self check in/out system is convenient. Easy to find carparks around the hotel and cheap one nearby was overnight￥400.

BUGS. I woke up the next day with at least 5 bug bites on my legs. Who knows if it was bed bugs… When we first got into the hotel, we also had to kill a jumping spider. I would stay away from this hotel. The price is not worth it to be bug food.
