I am rating this hotel based on the price of JPY 5.000 for the room without breakfast. My expectations were exceeded in almost all aspects. - location is very central, close to the Main Station, bus center, restaurants and super market - very friendly and helpful personnel, very customer minded - hot spa is a definite highlight - the absolute highlight and not common in Japan anymore : DAILY CLEANING! To return to a tidied up room in the evening is just great and deserves high appreciation! - the option to have breakfast for JPY 1.100 and JPY 1.500 for buffet dinner

All rooms are really small and compact as a usual standard in Japan alongside with a small unit bath. No dislike, but standard. Most probably the low price attracts also customers with low behavior standards, as to be seen in the public bath. Not the hotels fault though.

It’s rare to have a big hot tub at any regular hotel from my traveling experiences. Feels amazing to soak in . Clean and very relaxing. The restaurant, Mugi, serves very healthy, hearty food downstairs. My whole family enjoyed them so much . Good and kind people are serving the guests with welcoming hearts. Welcome coffee and we have free drinks for the hotel guests which makes everybody happy.

Facilities itself is kind of old.Some times little thing need to be fixed .

I didn't take the breakfast. But I like the onsen very much. Because of the onsen, i didn't use the bathromm in my room. The staff keep my beddings tidy every day. Very nice!

I hate the matress. My wife and I cannot sleep comfortably every nights. Better change to new ones.

Very close (very short walking distance) to the Saga station, where there is a good supermarket for refill. Great value for the money.

However because of such low price, no free tea or coffee in the room but you need to pay for one at the reception. The reception of Wifi in my room was slightly unstable.

Good location, very close to the train station! The room was simple yet comfortable and clean with a nice small bathroom with a small bathtub. We enjoyed the public hot bath available in the hotel and the breakfast that had so many choices if you like japanese style breakfast. We are very happy we decided to stay there.

The Public men/women's Baths at the Hotel were very good and having the lounge area on the 2nd floor lounge was good to go if you didn't want to sit in your room.

Only being offered 1 coffee for your stay and paying to receive a cup to use the coffee machine

A little disappointed that the sauna is only for men. The air was dry. Was it possible to rent a humidifier?

Grey location, best staff. I forgot my stuff at the previous hotel and the guy helped me a lot. He’s really helpful even though we have to communicate through the translator. Finally I got my stuff back in my city.

Definitely the location, breakfast and unlimited free drinks bar and once a day only "expensive" coffee.. I appreciate the quality service from the lady staff who has the ability to converse in Mandarin.

It is kind of challenge to adjust the water temperature for the shower.

Decent size room, Japanese-style breakfast available, cheap parking.

The duvets didn't have bedsheets on. Loud AC that would turn on/off sporadically at night. The hotel seems to be quite old so some of the facilities are old as well. Room door was hard to unlock.
