I like the location that is near to a supermarket and convenient stores. I LOVE YOUR LAUNDRY MACHINES! I think it's the best kind of laundry machine I ever experience with, the detergent is in the machine itself and the dryer work so well, all my clothes were completely dry within 2 hours. And it comes with a security pin so that I don't have to worry someone will mistakenly take my laundry.

The only disappointment is not enough parking lot, the staff did advise to park outside but they didn't really share more about where to find another parking area. It would be helpful if the staff could share with customers where is the nearest parking space (which eventually we found the cheapest paid parking lot and it's very near to the hotel).

Good location and amenities. The onsen was nice too. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it. Cheap parking was available near the hotel as well.

The room was small and it was hard to move around the bed. The glass wall between the beds and the shower and toilet was a surprise, but thankfully there was a curtain.

there is a guy at the front desk wearing glasses, not sure he is the manager he is very nice, speaks fluent English, and arrange for us 2 nights the same room, no need to switch room thank you! also the housekeeping team is great we don't need to make up room, but when we back, there a bag of clean towels & amenities put at our door, super! the complimentary evening curry is yummy!

Location was great, 6 minute walk to the train station. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were large. Washing/drying facilities also available.

This hotel had lovely staff and was a great location. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful to start the day off well!

There is only one lift in the hotel, and many floors, with only an emergency staircase. So it takes an extra long time to get to where you need to go!

Breakfast is ok, not bad. Coin laundry is very convenient.

The room for 2 person is a bit small, especially we have big luggage, not enough space to open up and place on the floor.

Very good local restaurant (hizakaya) of gyoza next to the hotel Public bath at the hotel

Too strict with covid restrictions (must wear disposable gloves at the buffet)

I love the cupboard in the room which provides a lot of surface for storage

The room size is too small. But ok for a short stay

Staff were very helpful, room was very clean, liked having a sento available on site.

Room was a little small, but no different than other Japanese hotels.

Staffs were good at English. They could recommend good yakiniku place and some stuffs quite well.

There are no free parking. We have to pay 700 Yen for private parking opposite the hotel.
