The apt was new, bright, spacious and comfy with a mid-sized fridge and freezer and kitchen space to prepare simple things. Discount for summer was a real draw!! It is a block from Seicomart combini and near many bars and restaurants. We commuted there without a car and not too much is open in summer season right around there but enough of a variety of food. We got lots of walking in. The company offered to pick us up and drop us back at Kutchan station for free, which was lovely.

For those without cars, the ski lifts on this side of town are not open. Hiking seems better from other areas.

Lovely apartment, super comfortable and conveniently located. There’s a shuttle every 20mins, but if you’re impatient to reach the snow like I was, it’s only a 10 minute walk. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with booking activities and in-room massage.

The shower temperature was a bit unpredictable.

There is a parking and a nice ski room. The room are large, even the smaller one. The kitchen il well equiped !

But, the room on the street aren't soundproof, so you hear people partying until 3AM. The king bed is actually 2 small beds.

The location was fantastic right in the centre of town. Very easy walk to a range of restaurants, food trucks and convenience stores to be able to get supplies for breakfast etc. Generous room sizes, nice living room with views to Yoeti, as per the booking "Yoeti view room". Staff were great.

It would have been good if Akazora had their own shuttle to run you up the mountain. They picked us up from the bus transfer in at Welcome Centre but daily trips were the on the free public shuttle service that only runs once every 20 minutes.

Comfortable, clean apartment. Large by Niseko standards and a solid price point. Great ski lockers and centrally located.

Our unit was spacious, quiet and well appointed with kitchenette and washing machine. The location was great with lifts, restaurants and Seicomart nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great individual ski lockers in drying room.

I was a little disappointed with the quality and size of the television. Also the inability to not be able to stream anything was annoying. TVs are inexpensive these days so I think this should be an upgrade Akazora should invest in.

Location near Hirafu intersection, close to everything and the staff super nice and amazingly helpful. Room indors warm, modern and spacious. Equipped with basically all you need for a week or 2 stay. The free of chatge transfer service from Kutchan station is an amazing idea, especially in winter time when already limited public transport gets cancelled a lot.

My room had window facing a wall, below the street level. When booking, the one on the photos had seemingly normal windows. Maybe that could be informed beforhand. Felt like a dungeon. Floor bends under feet when walking on it. Could use something to hang winter clothes at the entrance, where you need to take shoes off.

The hotel is close to many restaurants (though some of them were shut down due to covid) and was super clean and big (we stayed in one bedroom apartment) kitchen was well equipped with daily necessities and there was a washing machine in the room! Staff were very friendly and helpful. A huge shout-out to Stephen and Jane for helping us sort out an issue with our booking. thank you!

Nothing really except for the fact that it takes 15 minutes on foot to grand hirafu slopes. They do, however, have shuttle bus running on not so frequent intervals. (every 30 minutes or so with breaks in between)

Friendly staff! Goes the extra mile to arrange activities, transport etc. Room was really big with many facilities. Location is near to many restaurants, rental gears shop and skiing places. Will recommend!
