Apartment was perfect size for family of 4, great to have the extra bathroom and contemporary showers. Living area was spacious, beds comfy. Also in central location only short walk to the family quad lift.

Our only complaint was the noise from the pub across the road. Bedrooms faced directly towards the pub which means it was quite loud until around 2.30am in the morning. Other than this it was perfect

Great position. Got picked up from the train station and taken to check in, then driven to our apartment. Aussie and Canadians managing the place. Very comfortable. Food trucks everywhere.

Great location. Picked is up from Niseko welcome center. Staff went out of there way to help us when we had lost property returned to niseko after we had left.

Location is good. Near to both Family Base and Gondola Base. Shower area is warm and toasty.

The bunk beds mattresses a little too thin.
