We loved our stay at Niseko Landmark and will definitely make it our annual abode for trips to Hirafu. The location is perfect for a quick walk up to the King gondola, less than 5 mins. The spacious 2br apartment layout was perfect for our family of 3, very functional kitchen and comfy beds and sofas. And the view!! Wake up early to see Yotei sunrise, what a treat! Heated towel racks, a laundry room (heavenly, no need to carry so many underwear and socks next time!) and storage facilities in the basement made it all so easy and convenient. Finally the staff were top notch, friendly and helpful. And Michael went over the top and drove us to our next destination when we missed the shuttle. What a beautiful icing on the cake of a lovely stay.

We stayed there for our ski vacation. 10 min walk uphill to the King Gondola and 15 min walk to Ace Gondola not ski in and out but it is relatively close compared to other hotel/apartment in Hirafu Nice view of the mountain which is wonderful Good size Kitchen and bathroom

no eating option in the building but walking distance to some nice restaurants in about 10~20 min walk

The place was very good location which is in walking distant to ski lift of niseko tokyu grand hirafu. we were staying in 2 bedroom and it was comfortable with everything we need. The view of mt. yotei was superb. Staffs were very friendly. There is a ski shop that you can rent the equipment there.

There was not enough parking at the place but they had second parking where you have to walk a little which is acceptable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us book a private driver for a day trip to Lake Toya. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had gorgeous views. The ski lockers in the basement were very convenient. A simple walk to the king gondola.

Great location walking distance to the gondola. Spacious apartment with a great layout and room sizes. The customer service team during booking were great and helped arrange everything from ski school to car transfer; nothing was to much trouble and they/he would proactively suggest other things which made day 1 a lot easier.

Although advised it would have been great if it was cleaned one more time

The room is very big, view of the mountain is fantastic, there's laundry & kitchen in the room. bed is comfy and there're both heater and fan to comfort you. Reception is very helpful and good communication in English. :)

Host provide pick up bus from station on arrival but we struggle a bit in contacting them on arrival date. Lucky us that the van came to pick up another guest and we can tag along. Even there's a free shuttle bus service but hotel van would be much more convenience. Dishwasher machine seem not working.

Great views. Close to the gondola and handy having the Hanazono bus right outside the door. Beds were very comfortable and it was great having the ability to open our onto the balcony.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the gondola. Clean, modern and comfortable 3-bedroom/2-bath apartment was perfectly sized for our group of 6 adults and 1 child. The view of Mt Yotei from the room is incredible.

Check in times are somewhat restricted (3-6pm), which was a bit stressful to meet when making the snowy trek from the airport. Communication with the staff (all native English speakers) before our arrival was unclear at times and it took some back and forth to get straight answers.

Amazing location right near the gondola. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We couldn't fault the place and felt right at home. Thanks again for a great stay!

Location was great. Only 100m walk to the main goldola. Central to bars and resturants. Ski shop attached to the unit block was very handy. Wonderful to sit on the couch and watch the snow falling outside. Had a drying room for your ski gear. Two good bathrooms. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

The staff at reception werent very knowledgeable when it cam e to bus travel and directed to the wrong bus stop. Lucky I didnt follow their directions......
