The hotel is very new - it does not even appear yet on some Google Maps renditions and address searches. The facility is top notch in terms of the quality of the overall finishing, cleanliness and proximity to the ski slopes. The access to the ski resorts is excellent: there is a ski equipment locker room where one can store ski equipment, get changed for snow sports and access the slopes directly from there (and it can be reached again easily by skiing in from the slopes). The hotel has good overall facilities. There are two good restaurants at the hotel (Italian and Japanese - Sukiyaki/Shabu Shabu).

The public onsen is nice but has no windows, which is a bit of a downer considering the missed opportunity. The two hotel restaurants are both quite expensive. There is a lounge for chilling out but does not offer coffee, bar services or refreshments, which would have been a nice addition - we had to walk to other places for such 'chilling out' options.

Location is pretty unbeatable in Niseko area. Getting the private onsen experience was also fantastic with views of the slopes from the onsen, and mount Yotei from our rooms.

Place costs some money to stay at, but you definitely get what you pay for. If I had a complaint you are a little ways from a lot of the food options that aren't the hotel but that's nit picking since they provide transport free of charge.

The hotel is very new and clean. Staff are friendly and nice. They provide useful information and recommendation to nearby restaurants and places of attraction as well. Everything is so comfortable and pleasant. I am very impressed and please with the facilities and services.

Would like to give feedback that there should be more lighting on the road entrance of the hotel, and it would be perfect if the hotel provides body lotion in the room as well.

Really enjoyed the location. The breakfast had enough variety for a five day stay.

I really like the location and the proximity to the slopes for skiing. Also the staff was the best part of of the experience, they did an amazing job.

The location is amazing. The ski-in ski-out is also great, meters away from the Hirafu Gondola. The hotel in general is incredible. The room is comfortable, and the staff was very kind.
