Everything about this property was perfect. From the location, to the views, to the facilities...incredible. But most of all, the service staff here are just top notch.

This is ultimately our fault, but we accidentally left behind 2 jackets in the closet. We realized this a few hours after we checked out. When we called, they said housekeeping could not find it. We are 100% sure we left it in the closest, and it's unfortunate that just a few hours after checking out, our jackets could not be located. Hopefully there is a better lost and found process implemented.

The penthouse was one of the best places that I stayed in. Best view with floor to ceiling windows. Had a great week with my family. My wife loved the place and wanted to spend the whole vacation in it. I don’t blame her!

With all the good things, the air conditioning was not cooling especially in a sunny day, with all the windows around. The management tried to fix the problem but the place is designed for winter. The hotel manager offered us even to move to a bigger penthouse, but the problem would still be there. They placed fans everywhere which eased the problem.

We are a family of 5 stayed in 3 bedroom suite. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. If I come back to Niseko again I will definitely stay here. The staff all speaks English. Our room view is amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were all amazing!!! We did the included breakfast and 6 course dinner. We stayed at 11 different hotels in Japan this trip and this one ranks the No. 1. When it’s time to check out, I do not want to leave.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The room with view of Mt. Yotei was incredible. The service was impeccable, they even went the extra mile coordinating with our previous hotel and our next hotel to have a lost item shipped to our next stop. The private onsen was amazing. We don't usually do hotel breakfast, but this spread was next level, they had everything and of ridiculously good quality, I'm still thinking about the local camerbert cheese and the cured ham... Tuna sashimi and salmon roe for donburi, ridiculously good local fruits, just the tip of the iceberg, they had everything. We stayed in the off-season (late Sept 2024) so the value of the room was probably one of the best we have come across in the last 15 years of traveling the globe. Oh, didn't mention the beautiful kitchen with everything you need and super high end equipment and pots/pans etc. If you want to spoil yourself in the off-season don't think twice, just book this place. And thank you so much again to the staff for helping us recover our lost item from a previous hotel, you really went above and beyond, and we are eternally grateful. Keep up the stellar job and we can only hope to come back in the near future.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was marvelous!! The staff was very helpful and speaks good English. They went out of their ways to find activities for our kids and printed maps of the areas with activities. We booked for the 3-bedroom studio, but didn't expect it to come with 3 bathrooms! Wonderful.

Nothing at all.

The staff was super nice. The hotel is literally touching the slopes, so you can access them literally from the door. And there’s a valet service taking care of your equipment, so you can get it and go out easily. There are also many amenities that you can use, some free and some for a fee, but very convenient. There are private onsen that you can book, which is as very nice. There’s also a free shuttle bus that can take you up and down to the village.

Nice spacious rooms. Close by to gondolas. Shuttle bus was convenient. Very friendly and Hospitable staff

The rooms were a very hot with no ability to reduce the heat other than to open the windows (which made the room too cold given it was snowing heavily outside. So found it hard to find a comfortable temperature. Unsure if being on the same floor as the onsen affected the temperature etc

Ski in/ out location. Breakfast was superb with a vast variety of foods. Staff were most helpful. Decor throughout was very tasteful.

The walk into town for restaurants. However, the hotel offers a service for this.

Great location on the slopes; Wonderful multilingual staff; full buffet breakfast with lots of options. We enjoyed the gym and the onsen as well. Great ski shop for rentals.

The transfer from the airport is a little too expensive

Family enjoyed the stay at the accommodation. Service was amazing, breakfast was also really good. My six year old daughter wrote on a piece of paper that this was the best hotel of the trip!
