The hotel is like 2 mins walk from the station and bus stops going in all directions. Good eating options nearby (no need to spend for overpriced food in touristy areas). If not, there is a 7/11 downstairs. Good view from the apartment both during day and night.

The room was not cleaned/cleared properly. We found stuffs (bills/posters/handouts) from previous customers laying around on the table. Those are the part of room that were very dusty too, so basically those areas were not cleaned at all. Even the center table was not cleaned/dusted properly and we had to do the cleaning ourselves so that we could eat on it.

It was close to Metro station and had a nice restaurant at 1 min by walk. Good price, I stayed one night and it was superb. Clean room and comfortable bed

No bar at the hotel, but they have Lawson and Family Mart across the street. A little bit of light in the middle of room would've been perfect.

Huge , comfortable room, possibility to use spa for free and pool ( with extra charge, make sure you take something more covering than bikini). Next to the train station and well located if you're planing to go to osaka or explore bamboo forest or golden temple.

It's a bit further away from Kyoto station or gion district. You can take a train ( super easy ) but it's not a part of the metro system so your subway day pass won't work. It's a small disadvantage though.

The only thing I can complain about is they don’t have laundry room inside the hotel. Little bit far from the central but it’s next to train and bus station, 711 just down stair, the room is quite big compared to others, gym, spa, onsen. Everything you need is this hotel 9.5/10

No laundry room, there’s a nearby laundromat but it’s more convenient to have it inside the hotel

It’s a bit far from the main sightseeing spots, but it’s a great place to get a feel for the local lifestyle. The location is super convenient with easy access to Hankyu, Randen, and several bus lines, plus there are lots of convenience stores around.

The room was small and smelled of smoke.

The breakfast was a nice traditional buffet. The room was lovely and quite comfortable. The staff was super professional and friendly, they can also hold your luggage and it will be waiting in your room when ready. The room was very clean. The room was very quiet as well.

The room size was good compared to other hotels in the country with this price. It was cleaned every day which was very good. They put free water and tea etc. It is located very close to the metro station and bus stop which is very practical. It was also perfect to have a 7eleven downstairs.

Only the pillows were too hard

Location of the hotel was great as well as all the amenities part of the hotel. restaurants and bars ad train/subway stations was very close... we even walked once from the city center to the hotel... it was great and relaxing in the warm evening comapred to a very hot day...

Nothing was really wrong..

Location was good, close to public transport. Hotel offers a free spa and a swimming pool for 1000 yen.

Bathroom is very small and it had a 30-40 cm high step to ‘climb’ into the room.
