Hotel is set amongst flower and rice fields and near to Takumi no Sato, a small village with more than two dozen workshops and stores. Visitors can shop for or engage i.n the making of various Japanese crafts, including food samples and mask paintings. Free bicycles are available to explore the peaceful countryside. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Price is reasonable compared to the nearby onsen ryokans, especially on weekends.

Best to reserve dinner at hotel. Nearest place for dinner is half an hour’s drive to town.

Though we arrived late after attending Fuji Rock festival, the staff were extremely accommodating by waiting for us to check in past midnight. The beds were super comfortable and the room is probably the most meticulously clean room I've ever stayed at in Japan. The property is surrounded by stunning nature and when we checked out we were even given free tomatoes from their farm. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Very family friendly hotel. My kids loved Mugi-Chan, the rabbit who lives near the front door, and the animal drawings on the room signs. The family room was a good size for us.

Friendly staff, overall the hotel is clean. The rooms are nice and clean. Dinner was good but pricy.

The service was exceptional! The staff took very good care of us and organized us a nice dinner, although all restaurants were closed. The ubication is beautiful, green everywhere! The onsen is great! The room was very big. Washing machines are available. I would love to come back.
