This hotel is small, but very clean, has lovely decor, and the staff are amazing. The bento breakfast was plenty for all of us (family of 4) to get going in the morning. there are complimentary laundry facilities on site, and the staff can assist with excursions and rental equipment if you like. We liked the location, as it was close to markets, combini, and many restaurants are steps away! They also have ample parking (free) on site. Oh! and a bonus for us (my two tweens especially): "Sunday's" Burger Bar is on the 1st floor, and it's delicious!

Honestly this wasn't an issue for us (we had a rental car), but it is not very close to swimable beaches/snorkeling etc, apart from the city beach Painagama (which is nice enough for a city beach, and you can rent bikes at the hotel). Still, the location is great if you plan to rent a car and go exploring!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage with the front desk before and after checkout. The rooms were large and very clean. The washers and dryers on the 3rd floor and 5th floors were free to use including detergent. The hotel is about a 5-6 minute walk from a supermarket, department store ( San-A) and several konbinis. The free breakfast was very good. Using a code to get into the room instead of a key card was convenient.

Nice hotel in the city centre. Very convenient area for nice restaurants and bars.

We would have preferred breakfast buffet but you can use the bento boxes to take on a trip so the concept makes sense for some people. So it’s not really a con if you prefer that.

Great hotel, amazing staff. The breakfast is a delicious grab and go. The hotel has tons of extras to make you comfortable. We stayed 2 weeks and were very happy!

Very good stay. Staff nice and room big and clean. Perfect location as we could just walk to any restaurant in the centre. Not much variety for the breakfast but overall everything was really good. Definitely recommend

It was confusing at first how to get new towels and how to empty the trash bins as cleaning service is only done in 3days. Finally figured out that I simply needed to take out the bin in front of the door and the staff will empty it and provide a clean plastic bag and towel every day.

Perhaps some crockery to go with the cups and kettle, but other than that a truly wonderful stay!

Loved the location downtown making it easy to walk to dinner, etc. We had a suite on the top floor. Loved the balcony with outdoor jacuzzi tub.

The facility is going for a modern feel with self check-in/out. However, I think the staff could have been present at the front counter more to make the facility more personable and inviting. The boxed breakfast was ok but I would have preferred more self-serve hot options. Would have like some English news and movie television channel options.

Mosquitoes in the restaurant, so you need to use bug spray before you go.

Good location for walking to the City center. Lot of parking lots for your rental car! They offer free usage of laundry machines and dryer, which is quite conveniant.

Beds could be more comfortable and ours made squeaking and cracking sounds when moving in the bed.
