I liked the decor as well as the bed were comfortable. There was laundry facilities in our room because we had the bigger option. I loved the bath on the balcony.

I think we were in what would be considered the honeymoon suite but because we are a family of three they set up a bed for our son which was great but it blocked easy aches to the vanity. I wish his bed was in the other room

Everything was great. The hotel offers high standard, beds were very comfy, it was clean, well maintained, shower was the usual Japanese box but it felt elevated. There is a free parking which is a real plus! We also really enjoyed the breakfast :)

It is quite pricey..

This hotel is small, but very clean, has lovely decor, and the staff are amazing. The bento breakfast was plenty for all of us (family of 4) to get going in the morning. there are complimentary laundry facilities on site, and the staff can assist with excursions and rental equipment if you like. We liked the location, as it was close to markets, combini, and many restaurants are steps away! They also have ample parking (free) on site. Oh! and a bonus for us (my two tweens especially): "Sunday's" Burger Bar is on the 1st floor, and it's delicious!

Honestly this wasn't an issue for us (we had a rental car), but it is not very close to swimable beaches/snorkeling etc, apart from the city beach Painagama (which is nice enough for a city beach, and you can rent bikes at the hotel). Still, the location is great if you plan to rent a car and go exploring!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage with the front desk before and after checkout. The rooms were large and very clean. The washers and dryers on the 3rd floor and 5th floors were free to use including detergent. The hotel is about a 5-6 minute walk from a supermarket, department store ( San-A) and several konbinis. The free breakfast was very good. Using a code to get into the room instead of a key card was convenient.

Nice hotel in the city centre. Very convenient area for nice restaurants and bars.

We would have preferred breakfast buffet but you can use the bento boxes to take on a trip so the concept makes sense for some people. So it’s not really a con if you prefer that.

Great hotel, amazing staff. The breakfast is a delicious grab and go. The hotel has tons of extras to make you comfortable. We stayed 2 weeks and were very happy!

Very good stay. Staff nice and room big and clean. Perfect location as we could just walk to any restaurant in the centre. Not much variety for the breakfast but overall everything was really good. Definitely recommend

clean in general, quick electronic check in and out, convenient breakfast

It was confusing at first how to get new towels and how to empty the trash bins as cleaning service is only done in 3days. Finally figured out that I simply needed to take out the bin in front of the door and the staff will empty it and provide a clean plastic bag and towel every day.

Excellent sized rooms, fresh towels every day and wonderfully comfortable beds! Thank you for your kind service!

Perhaps some crockery to go with the cups and kettle, but other than that a truly wonderful stay!
