Great value for the money, one of the less expensive properties on the island. Staff can speak some English and are very friendly and eager to help.

Hotel feels a bit isolated. It's at the end of the "Shigira Seven Miles Resort" strip, so not really located near anything else. They do offer a shuttle that goes to other more upscale properties for dining or beachcombing, but we were told at reception that any restaurant we wanted to visit would require advance reservations, so it makes spontaneous dining impossible. We had our own rental car so didn't bother visiting the other resorts, and of course with your own car it's very easy to get anywhere else on the island for all of your sightseeing needs.

On the 10th floor the view from the window is simply magical. In the morning I made coffee and enjoyed the view of the ocean on the balcony.

It was more of Mansion than a hotel. Wrongly portrayed as hotel.

Great views. Good facilities in the room - everything we needed including washing machine. Very clean and comfortable.

Location is not very close to shops or restaurants (not walking distance). Also not walking distance to a swimming beach.

It’s located just by the sea, beautiful sea view through window; the staff are friendly and helpful, the towels replacements are quite good, the hotel has enough parking lots for guests to park and free parking ticket to nearby beach.

The facility in Japanese style room is quite old specially bathroom, there is no room for luggage.

It is close to sea, but you can not really swim. It has nice view.

It is kind of not well maintained place (dirty hallways and elevators), you have to commute to other hotels for different activities. Not many restaurant outside hotel complex and you need to have a car to come here.

The view is amazing, really nice-sized room (superior room with tatami area), and the location is nice in the south of the island, part of a resort area. Beach towel rental service is good (although the towels aren't huge).

Poor value for money: at over 30,000 yen a night, I didn't expect dirty holes in the futon closet panels, a missing side to the sofa, and a half-renovated bathroom. Lighting is brutal, the room didn't feel cozy.

The trash facility on the first floor emits a bad odor throughout the area. The building is old and appears poorly maintained. Additionally, the floors are sticky, and the kitchen is not clean.
