Love the hotel, fantastic value for money. Super clean and very comfortable. Large rooms, especially for Japan. Excellent service.

The only place to get food closes at 6pm so remember to bring food and drinks with you! If you have a car this wont be an issue as there are convenience stores about 10min drive away but if you come by train or other mode of transport this will be a problem.

Clearly a nice new hotel in the area- next to the rest area. It is a quiet one with a lot of local vegetables etc. Not a lot of dining in the area and I mean Iga. Eat somewhere else or know something I don’t know before coming in to sleep. Laundry and everything in the hotel was good. If I had had more energy I would have figured out an outside food and onsen before coming here to sleep. Was a good base for uji and Wazuka. Little expensive considering the location and lack of food/onsen.

Honestly the beds - I love Japanese beds and makuro etc - these beds are typical American style soft beds.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Our check-in time was very late, but the staff were smiling and helpful. The location is very good as a base for visiting tourist attractions on the border of Kyoto and Mie prefectures. (However, this assumes you use the hotel by car). Breakfast is served at the adjacent service station (Michi no Eki) and is a very tasty breakfast using local tea.

I love this hotel. There is a michi no eki next door which serves breakfast! It is a very nice breakfast too which I wanted to eat everyday.

Nothing . I cried when I have to go because I know other places won’t be as easy and nice .

The staff is super helpful and friendly and the rooms and lobby design are great. Matress was very comfy. Would recommend anytime when passing though by car or train. Tea area Wazuka, a very nice Onsen and Iga is very close-by.

Wow- the most amazing customer service …. The most comfortable bed- peace and tranquility. A hotel in the middle of know where- but still with a great transport link. We based ourselves here to visit Iga and Akame waterfalls.

Very modern, clean and friendly hotel. Free drinks hot & cold in the foyer at reception. Great place to have breakfast next door. Easy and free car parking right outside the hotel.

The beds extremely comfortable. Great, clean rooms, 15 min. away from the city center, located next to a tea plantation and next to a "michinoeki" ! The reception staff was so nice !

No complaints at all!

The facility and the layout of the room are great! As shown in photos posted. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. Our car was frozen in the morning and they voluntarily helped us to wipe down the car with hot water while we went to get breakfast.

The place is a bit out of the way but it is a short drive from some great places like the plum garden

It was spacious for the price with lots of parking, and the store next door sells gift boxes and local tea
