Loved the location. 5-10 minute walk from Kokusai dori and surrounded by convenient stores. We arrived by car and were lucky to get a spot in front of the hotel for 1000 yen per night. If these were full, there were other parking lots in the area. The room is your typical small Japanese room but clean and the space is optimally used, even with a lovely lounge corner. We felt this hotel was great value.

Some facilities felt slightly outdated (toilet, a/c, sheets) but everything was clean and the rooms itself were renovated and looked modern.

The food was very good. The restaurant was clean and fairly big. Also, the bed was big enough for big American guy and small built lady so 4 people room with big 12 year old and skinny 9 year old worked. The staff was nice and the location was amazing. Walking distance to major shopping streets.The price for the hotel was definitely fair and a great deal actually thinking about how much variety of food was provided in the morning. Thank you very much.

Nothing to complain, everything was good.

Comfortable beds, very friendly staff, and exceptional breakfast - with Japanese and western options, loads of fresh blueberries and two different types of healthy smoothies to start your day healthy. Across the street there was a parking garage, where hotel guests could park for 820 yen a day. You pay at the hotel, and get a voucher card which you use as payment in a slot when you leave the garage.Great service from the hotel, but it has to be communicated in advance.It is a huge selling point, why not advertise it?

There was nothing to complain about. Except that rooms were a bit small, but it is fine for the location.For people with cars - it would have been nice to know about the parking possibility in the garage in advance.

Stayed 5 Nights. Convenient Location to Kokusai Street. Twin room is bigger (better) than Double room. Hotel Lounge is comfortable and available from 10:00 to 24:00. Car park lot available at Hotel with additional charges at ¥820 per day with multiple entries allowed.

Daily Breakfast is similar during my stay. Hotel Lounge library books on Okinawa only available in Japanese. More Okinawa books in english is recommended. Strictly check-in at 15:00.

Location was excellent - close to 2 monorail stations & bus station, & not far from (but not too close to) Kokusaidori. Many shops and places to eat. Price was very affordable for our budget. Breakfast buffet was good, generous, & we appreciated the welcome drinks & coffee / tea during the afternoon & evening. Staff was 100% friendly & helpful.

While it was wonderful to have laundry facilities at the hotel, the dryers were only average for our needs. We learned to either add more coins, do a lighter load, or let things air dry in our room overnight & finish in dryer next morning, if needed. Absolutely everything else was very good!

Great staff reception. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had so many options and was really tasty. Great lobby lounge for kids(library and coloring books /games for older kids). Toothbrush/paste , brush and pajamas provided. Location was amazing. Close to the bus/walking distance to restaurants/shops .

Very near to prime location - prefecture office. You can get almost all buses and yurail from there. They have very good breakfast. I am vegetarian but still I could find sufficient vegetarian options. Staff is very nice and their service is also very good… I was little hesitated to ask if I could drop my luggage at the hotel before checking and even after checkout but they were very supportive.

Early breakfast served at 0630 hr, free beverages till 2400 hrs. A car park area for drop off the luggages, with backdoor to enter the hotel. Triple room is big. Able to accomodate 2 medium size luggages. Enough USB charges at bedside.

Bed is not so comfortable and only one soft pillow.

Hot water pressure was great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good considering it was included in the room rates. Location was great as well.

Room was fairly small but it is what it is for the price. Parking very limited but hotel offers overnight parking for 820 jpy.

The room was comfortable for one person but I think it would be small for two especially if not used to Japan hotels. Otherwise, it wasn’t bad. I would stay again.
