Perfectly located if you don't have a car. You can walk to the beach, to the ferry, to Monorail train and to lovely kokosai dori street. Really cool style, a modern and traditional mix! You can get free drinks at the bar and breakfast is very tasty!

The rooms are a bit to small for tall Europeans :) no place to dry clothes from the beach and to open you're luggage completely. Room service comes very early. It would be great to open the window completely, so you have to sleep with AC on, but it was blowing directly over the bed, it was uncomfortable for me in the night. Pillows very hard. Noisy outside with window open.

1. I like the modern interior of the hotel and how spacious my room was. 2. The bath was separated from the toilet so no worries about keeping the toilet and sink area wet. 3. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. There was this particular lady in the dining area that I really liked during my stay. I could feel her genuine hospitality my whole stay. She even held my hands when I told her there won’t be any breakfast for me the following day since I was already leaving. It was a shame I forgot to take her name. 4. It was walking distance to 2 stations of the Monorail. 5. There was a very close Family Mart to the hotel, just around the corner. 6. Drinks on the bar were on the house.

1. There was this vibration a like from a phone that’s set on vibrate that I can always hear in my room near the bed that happens once every hour or so? (Definitely not my phone though) I’m not sure if it was from the A/C or what but it wasn’t too bothersome I had to complain during my stay. 2. Although the bed was ‘kingsized’, it was 2 double beds put together and I didn’t really like the gap that I can feel when I lay in the middle. 3. You have to arrange the time you’ll get your breakfast a day prior which is a little troublesome especially if you changed your mind on the day. 4. You only get to choose between ‘Western’ and ‘Japanese’ food for breakfast.

The staff were very welcoming and hospitable, the accomodation itself is quite spacious especially for Japan. Bathroom includes a large bath. Beautiful rooms with traditional foundations. Always provided fresh towels, robes and water. Free amenities are located at the bar with the added bonus of umbrellas (for rain and sun) which you can use as you please. A very generous complementary beverage menu was also included during our stay. The included breakfast offers some variety - traditional Japanese Shabu Shabu style or American along with a nice addition of extras included oats, yoghurt, fruits and salad, coffee, tea and juices.

The large ‘king’ size bed is 2 smaller beds pushed together. This can become uncomfortable when you lie on the join of the beds unlike a usual continuous mattress.

The aesthetic of the place as well as the amenities and perks were delightful! The breakfast (had the Japanese breakfast) served was delicious and fulfilling! Also loved that drinks were unlimited throughout my stay! They also provided new pjs and towels every night even if you’ve chosen to opt out for the room cleaning. The location is extremely convenient, family mart is right next door, many tour buses pick up locations are max 9mins walk. Ryubo department store is also in that area. Perfect location if you want to avoid the tourist buzz but still be within walking distance.

Having to request a breakfast time everyday is not handy; e.g. we needed to leave the hotel at around 7:15, so we needed a slot at 6.30am, which was fully booked already by 7.00pm. The other day we wanted a normal slot st 8:30 which was fully booked as well and needed to wait until 9.30am; which then lead to us paying more for the parking outside the hotel. The lack of language skills was a bit of a hassle especially when discussing breakfast times. Lastly, you can only do laundry in their sister hotel up the street; which is not mentionned here

While located very centrally in Naha (with easy access to the monorail), noise is not an issue in this location. Similarly, the insulation between rooms seems to be quite good as well. The room itself was laid out in ryokan style, with the bed slight raised. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was spacious with enough room to place toiletries. There is a bar next to the reception that offers complimentary drinks.

The hallway carpet on floor 3 could use a cleaning.

Has to be the best hotel I’ve been to in okinawa so far. Japanese styled room, separate toilet and bathroom. The toilet is big enough for a decent sized bath tub. Breakfast in the morning was a full set jap breakfast with a sukiyaki hot pot even.

The price for parking was 2100 yen a day. We could get an overnight parking in carparks nearby in walking distance for half that amount as we did not park our car there the entire day. It would be great if they could give their guest complementary parking.

This was a lovely hotel in Naha. The location was within walking distance of everything you'd want in the city and a train station was nearby for easy access to the airport and further out. The room, especially the bed, was comfortable and clean. Pajamas were provided. The toiletries were good quality and the bathroom setup was convenient with the toilet in a separate room than the shower. It was a bonus to be able to control the lights from the bed. It's clear that great attention to detail has been paid but this seems to be the case in much of Japan.

Clean room, free bar every night, breakfast was nice and a good size. Loved the lady at breakfast always happy and laughing. Other free items can be found in reception which is handy if you need them. Good location, would stay here again.

Parking is overpriced. 2100 yen a night is quite alot for hotel guests, should be at least discounted or similar to other parking next door. Bar/reception staff struggle with speaking English. Rooms are too hot even with the aircon on the coldest setting.

breakfast was nice, but it was the same every single day. We stayed 4 nights, so at the end, even though it was good, it was too much of the same. The staff at the from desk did not inform us properly about the cleaning (which was upon request) and about the drinks at the lobby, we learnt at the end that, I think, there were free drinks and snacks.
