The location is excellent, very close to the metro station Asahibashi. Staff are excellent and responsive. Upon check-in, I noticed that my toilet was not well cleaned. When i reported it to the front desk, staff came right away and attended to the matter. They also assisted me with luggage forwarding back to Tokyo. Size of the room was decent. Toiletries are "take what you need", and are located by the front desk. Not too far of a walk from Naminoue beach either. It's a great space for a solo traveller

They allowed us to temporarily park on-site for free for a few hours until we dropped our rental car. My wife loved the in-room massage chair. Decent business hotel within walking distance of Kokusai-dori and close to a monorail station for airport transport (but we ended up taking a taxi due to lots of luggage).

I was excited about the complimentary drink service until I found out it was only Awamori (strong Okinawan alcohol) and Jasmine tea. An Orion beer and other beverages would have been nice.

The staff were so lovely, especially one lady called Sabida who went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. The location was excellent, 5 mins walk from Asahibashi metro station and close to pick up spots used by most activity tour groups. Great price too!

The beds were slightly uncomfortable and there was a strong smell of asa seaweed. There was very little natural light.

We did not try the breakfast as we ate at other places but the hotel is very well situated being close to the Yui rail and within walking distance from the main famous shopping street. Easy access to many areas either by rail or walking. Hotel reception was excellent and staff very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable with new towels every day if you didn't affix the do not disturb label on the door.

There was nothing to complain about.

Close to town with tons of restaurants etc all around. Close to the bus station with a direct connection to the airport. The room was clean although past its prime. The sound insulation is very good - you cannot hear anything at all!

The breakfast is not worth it. There’s no choice beyond pre-packaged muffins and yogurt. There’s a Family Mart right next door which is a much better option.

It is a really decent hotel, very spacious rooms even for Japan and nice stuff, although they don’t speak English very good, but they recommend places for lunch and helped me with taxi to the airport. Everything needed you can pick up downstairs and bring to the room as tooth brush, paste, raiser, etc.

My room had a view on the road and train station, but there is a renovation in front and other rooms imho will be just facing the building on the other side of the road.

Comfortable hotel close to city center andthe city beach. Includes a massage chair, so you can relax after a long day walking through the city. Hotel offers a luggage storage and late check-out on top of that. Close to monorail, so airport is reachable within 30 minutes. Incredible value for the price.

Room is a bit smaller, but that's a minor bug.

We especially liked the massage chair in the room and the general aesthetics of the hotel. Also, the room was spacious and very clean. It was well-located, near the Naha bus terminal, and about 15 minutes walk to the main shopping street. The surroundings were quiet and there were some local restaurants nearby.

Location can’t be beat. In the heart of everything but quiet. Just a few minutes from the monorail station and a few more minutes to the Central Bus Center. Also lots of convenience stores nearby. The room is well furnished, and very clean Wifi was strong and fast.

TV. No BS or Netflix. BS has more programs and news in English. This is a very small complaint. Vending machine has root beer in the beer machine! Haha…but no non-alcohol beer!

The interior of the hotel is excellent, the room was clean and nice, and the massage chair was absolutely fantastic!

In my opinion, air conditioning in the room was way too weak, and the variety of the food on breakfast was pretty poor.
