Really comfortable apartment which is in a perfect location. So many great Izakaya restaurants around. Opposite monorail station and Ryobo Department store. Bus depot around the corner. Close to everything but very quiet. Loved everything and would definitely stay again if in NaHa

Perfect facility.

The room has a small kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, separate toilet, shower room and wash basin. All very well designed with plenty of toiletries provided. The room was very like, felt like newly decorated or renovated. The washing machine and dryer were very effective and useful. Location of the hotel was great with 7-11, Family Mart and Lawon convenience store less than 2 mins walk away. Opposite hotel is a local shopping mall, and is also close to Kokusai-dori. Highly recommended.

Although there is a kitchenette, there is no basic utensils provided e.g. a fruit knife etc. Only small plates, cups, chopsticks, etc. Very basic.

i liked the clever design of the apartment, all appliances and accessories. My stay there was very comfortable. Good location with walking distance to a park and a beach - a huge perk. Very close to bus terminal. And to many restaurants, stores and market.

A small detail - it would be nice to have a bed side lamp, and maybe more side lights. Due to heat wave it was recommended to keep the curtains closed and it crated a sort of 'dark room' feel. Other than that -all good!

Amazing location. Walk to everything in 5 minutes. Ideal location for exploring Naha. Rooms are a good size, well laid out and have everything you need including laundry

Reception upon arrival was downright rude, unhelpful & turn us off not having been in the room yet. Hallways and elevator are extremely hot and have a strong putrid chemical smell. Can’t smell anything in the room however

The bath and shower were great. Clean, quiet at night. Location is great. Lots of nice little touches to the place. Wifi was good for streaming but not fast enough to upload loads of videos if thats needed.

It's odd that there is an induction heater to cook something but there are no pots or pans to cook with? Also, staff aren't always present, you need to ring a bell to get them, best to make sure you message before arrival to let them know when you're arriving, the day before or hours before should be fine. But, if this keeps the price as reasonable as it is, I'd still prefer the staff not always present so it's a trade off. Overall we loved it!

Hotel is located close to the one of the main streets in Naha. The facilities inside the room were great, almost like a mini apartment with sink, washing machine, etc.

Elevator and aisle to get to the guest room were smelling bad (inside the guest room was fine). I didn't see anyone from the staff at any point. I asked for tips and help in the city through booking message, they didn't reply and reception was closed every time we tried to physically go there. Hotel only sent messages when they were interested in the logistics of check in and check out. Bathroom is small and it has a strange setup, mainly for me with 1.9 meters height. The shower stays outside the bath, so it can get pretty messy. In the room, they had a gigantic list of rules the guest should follow, including not letting your hair fall on the floor. Not sure what bad experience they had in the past, but this didn't make us feel comfortable.

Reception can speak English very well Near Family Mart , Lawson, 7-11, Shopping mall , Kokusai Dori Street Near BUS STOP and Monorail CAN WALK !!!

Have traffic lights sounds because near street if you don't worry that OK ^^ (I can sleep )

There was no breakfast; had to go out to find breakfast but all places did not open until 10 or 11 am.

Could have used a better map or locations to find food with listed times. Places that would deliver food. No one ever heard of this hotel so I had to know how to get there or had to give exact address.

Very friendly hosts, flexible and obliging. Could check in earlier and kept luggage for some hours after check out. Facility looked newly renovated, was very clean. Nice amenities. Very nice with washer and dryer. Perfect for longer stays. Definitely will stay here again if in Naha again. Convenient location close to bus/monorail and konbini.

A bit smelly in the elevator and hallway, room was fine though. Could have a bedside lamp.
