The hostel was clean and lively with a good shared space and kitchen area. Some of the residents who stayed at the hostel worked there and they were very friendly. It is close to the monorail station and convenient to travel to and from the airport. It is about a half an hour walk to the nearest beach. Everyone was very respectful and the sleeping area was usually quiet at night.

There are no parking spaces for bikes/ cars etc which is not convenient when there is little public transport options on the island.

The cubicle bed was larger than I thought, very comfortable and quiet. The common space was well maintained and the bathroom was very clean. Located walking distance from two monorail stations and a range of izikaya restaurants of various levels. Super market down the road.

Lockers not included. You have to leave a deposit to use the locker which is returned but only in cash which is an issue if your flight is before the reception opens

Friendly staff, friendly people, everything was very clean and orderly and I loved the design of both the sleeping halls and the common area. It felt like a very immersing experience with the Japanese culture! :) would def recommend for anyone looking for great value for money

The beds are very tricky to figure out as a foreigner! But I guess that’s part for the experience too

The location very close to the Bus Terminal and monorail is very convenient, as its close proximity to 3 convenience stores. Tucked in an alleyway, it's fairly quiet despite being so close to public transport.

The pillow was a bit too hard, and the switch for the light was only in the inside of the capsule, making it somewhat hard to find and turn on due to the darkness when first crawling in, as the shared room where the capsules were located was always dark.

Location was convenient, it was close to the bus station, as well as one of the Monorail stations, so going around Naha or from Naha elsewhere is convenient. It is also walking distance from Kokusai Street and a nice place if you want to see Naha for a day or two. Close to the Airport too! Common area was nice as well, and I got to meet lots of new friends there!

Amazing place to meet other travellers! Cozy and big common area filled with people from all around. The dorms look new, are very comfy, with good temperature control and are quiet overall. There's a space for your luggage in front of the dorm with the option to rent a locker.

Trash bin in the bathroom could be bigger or emptied more often. The stairs up to the dorms are steep, but nothing too bad.

The location is perfect for a short stay because it's near the airport and the main public transportation, and there are also many konbini nearby. the facilities were generally clean and things like shampoo and body wash were available free of charge, this is a good thing for visitors who have to pack lightly. The air conditioning was a bit high in the bedroom, but anyway I managed to sleep quite well. The space of the bed capsules is just right and there are handles and hangers on the walls which I found very useful for putting wet clothes and towels. It was overall a very nice experience!

I loved my time at Santiago. The staff was very helpful. Especially the girl at the front desk. I broke my phone while staying there and she assisted me in finding a store to buy a new one. The place was incredibly comfortable and the common area was a great place to meet friends and relax. Overall it was an amazing experience!

Comfy beds, nice community space to meet people on the first floor, the staff has travelers working there as well - which is really nice, good security with code only access for the room areas, showers have good pressure and get nice and hot, location is a short walk to a beach, restaurants, the bus terminal, and train station. The rooms have good AC, curtains for each bed, hair dyer and hair shampoo for guest use, and lockers for every guest for smaller valuables. The room lights are automatic - they shut off at around 23:00; each bed has it's own light source.

The only downside was that one of the bathroom sinks didn't have very good water pressure, but you could just use the other one if it's not in use.

The location was great. It was super easy to find, and the host was very flexible with us. The privacy of the beds was super nice. I liked the private bathrooms and showers too.

I wish the trash had been changed more often. Also, there wasn't very much room for luggage. Lots of people left their things lying around which made me wary.
