Travelling with a family of 5, the huge room and 2 bathrooms/toilets was a lovely surprise! The main bathroom was sectioned off, and contained: bathtub and shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Another toilet was in a little room by itself, and there was a separate shower room, perfect for large groups of travelers! The living room was large and comfortable, we had 2 large double beds and 2 single beds in the room, and the view from the large L shaped balcony was great! Encountered no issues with parking, there are 2 rooms per floor of this condo complex, and I believe they allow 1 parking space per room. Checking-in was a breeze, the reception was unmanned and since we done the online pre-check-in all we needed to do was scan our passports on the tablet at reception.

Nothing within reasonable walking distance, and no vending machines onsite. You basically need to drive to get anywhere.

The condo was brand new and beautiful. It is centrally located although not really walkable. The room was large with two comfortable beds and 4 (although we doubled up the futons) futons plus a comfortable couch to sit on. Bathrooms were large and we never had a issue getting 5 adults ready for the day. It was by far the nicest place we stayed while visiting Japan.

Everything was great, but some dish towels would be nice to have when doing dishes.

The view was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. If you are looking to walk to many places and have small children this might be a challenge. My wife and I walked to American Village on our morning walk. It was about 1 mile away. We throughly enjoyed it. There is a convenient store about .5 miles away. We actually spent very little time in our Condo because there was way to much to do. Mostly sleeping, nightly laundry (we loved the washer and dryer. Coming home with very little laundry was awesome) and making breakfast, that is all we did in our room. 3 adults and 3 kids and it worked perfect for us. We did rent a car so that made it easy for us. If you don't get a rental and enjoy walking I think this will be a perfect fit for you. Check in was fairly easy and check out was super easy. I had a question the night before check out and the host responded very quickly. This is all self serve. There are no people to check in with or check out but again, it was very easy. This family of 6 will definitely be using this place again when we return to Okinawa. Loved it!!

I loved all of it. We spent very little time in the condo.

Just some minor comments: I gave all my info online and still had to provide via the tablet at the location all over again. Would have been good if there was a card with English instructions for the washing machine. Couldn’t find a knife for cutting meat/fruits.

Location was good. Although they have no staff on site, we tried to contact staff with the booking system with problems we encountered and they tried to help asap.

Better if the tatami area could be separated from the bedding area… perhaps with curtains, so that there are more privacy if number of travellers are more.

It was spacious and has a beautiful balcony which makes the space airy and large. It was cosy for my family of 5 and we enjoyed the space and appliances available to us .

The wifi was intermittent.

There 2 separate toilets and shower which is very helpful. Room is large enough and have toys for children.

Wish there was a divider/curtain separating the beds and tatami room

There was good space in the room. It was quiet and had good WIFI for streaming

Not being manned was an issue when there was a problem checking in(door lock battery was dead) so we had to call someone. The parking is very tight

The location, the quiet area, the spacious comfortable unit, the bathrooms, everything was exceptional.

Not a thing.

Clean, spacious, and cozy place to spend holidays. Completely zero face to face check in and out system which Stress free. Spotless utensils and bathrooms. Just perfect place for family vacation.

You will walk to no where. Car rental is must.
