The kitchen had sink, refrigerator, a hot pot for coffee/tea and a small warmer oven but no table space to make it convenient to eat in. They offered utensils/dishes for a small fee and there was a small desk in the room. Maybe a different size room offers that space. Fresh towels were always available and shower supplies were provided. The washer/ dryer in the unit was so helpful and the parking was on site for a small fee which was very convenient. The staff was super helpful and offered a mid week cleaning. I also liked that the staff was onsite and the front door was always secured. Marcelo the onsite Manager was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again .

They did a fabulous job with the facilities we rented. I would have liked a family suite instead of two separate rooms but there was either was not one there or not one available when we traveled. It worked out nicely.

The staff are very kind and helpful! Marcelo is a very accommodating hotel manager. Parking is affordable per night. I liked having a kitchen so I can cook breakfast every day. The room was clean and the hotel gives you extra towels downstairs for guest convenience. The washer, dryer and outside clothes rack is a must especially if you swim at the beach! Location of the hotel is convenient and accessible by bus. This is a great type of place to stay for long term (3+ days) because of its amenities and central location!

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was a 10 min walk to the american village mall area. It is literally a few minutes walk to a bunch of great bars and restaurants as well. I didn't have time to go to the beach but that was close to the hotel as well. I also appreciated the kitchen in the property even though i didn't get a chance to use it. The Wifi was also great and a added surprise. I liked the fact the property had a balcony as well because I like to relax looking at the sun set. Overall great stay.

The room was pretty small. I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was in such a cramped space as well.

The biggest difference to comfort plus is Marcelo. He is the most helpful person I've ever come across while traveling. He made my son and I feel so welcome and no matter what, he would always just be a phone call away. Our comfort plus stay was absolutely wonderful :)

Convenient location, suitable for drivers to park the car. The facilities are equipped with stove, washing machine and dryer. They also offer utensils with a reasonable price.

The hotel can consider offering cooking stools for free or for rental. It is quite strange to have stove but no cooking stools.

The room was not too big but good enough for me and my luggages. The room was very bright. I was so happy to have a washing machine inside my own room and I could hang my clothes on my own balcony with sunshine. Together with separate bath and toilet, and a little kitchen with fridge. Although no power cord for the cooker, which I didn’t have any intention to cook neither, the washing basin in kitchen was just handy to make my own coffee and dish washing after meals. Walkable distance to American village and with shuttle to the airport, I loved my stay there.

Excellent rooms - large by Japanese standards, nicely equipped with nice quality furnishings and facilities, great shower and comfortable bed. Air conditioner was great too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Only potential issue is no plates or bowls in apartments.

I’m usually very critical and always have negative comments even if they’re small. I don’t have that for this hotel.

The Comfort Plus in Chatan has quickly become one of our go-to hotels in the Chatan area for weekend getaways. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From their warm greeting and helpful information to their complimentary coffee and extra towels and toiletries, they seem to think of it all. They even offered us umbrellas when it was raining heavily during the typhoon, which was very kind of them. The rooms are clean and comfortable and even have a washer and dryer in each room, which makes it great for longer stays. I will definitely be coming back again!

While the hotel is not directly in the American Village or Sunabe seawall area, both are easily accessible by foot or car. There are many restaurants close to the hotel as well, so while it might not be a part of the village itself, I still think that it is a great location! Parking at the hotel is available but could be limited when they are busy, so if you will be traveling with a car I would suggest letting the hotel know, as the staff will happily hold a spot for you.

Marshall , the manager very helpful and friendly. The hotel close to all restaurants and American village and beach. I would come back if I visit Okinawa again.
