To my knowledge there is no breakfast service at this hotel. It is not a resort, rather a small, well maintained do it yourself hotel. The check in process is a bit clunky … without internet one would not be able to get in as they email one with check in procedures once you arrive… There is no reception, just someone who replies to the emails …although this method seems to work ok once one catches on…

The room was quite a bit smaller than that advertised on the booking site…and the bed was a double size, not more… However as a single person stay it served my needs… there is a washing machine in the entry/ kitchen space but not a plate or a spoon… one had to hire a box with various kitchen items from he tiny lobby downstairs…

I didn’t know that Okinawa is a US military air force base which is directly beside the hotel, therefore there is fighter jets/attack helicopters flying around all day, the noise is insane. I suppose this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself just the location, they can’t help it

It's a full kitted appartment (without cooking utensils). View is supperb, and you can enjoy some of the sunset view. Close to most things you would want.

It can be a bit annoying to change appartment for a longer stay but you are informed about when it will be when you check in. The fact that you have to pay for cooking utensils pr day can be a bit annoying, but i see it more as a convenience rather than a need.

Comfy apartment and clean, have washer in apt and dryer shared. I had scuba class nearby so it served my purpose

Unless you have a car, be mindful bus takes 45mins to over an hour to Naha or other sites further north or south of island, so keep that in mind. While apt has kitchen, kitchen utensils are for daily rental from 500 yen to 1k. It can add up.

-The location was very accessible to shopping areas, transportation, convenience stores, restaurants, a post office. -The price was reasonable. -The amenities. -The regular updates of the host during the typhoon and the quick response to my questions and requests.

I wish the kitchen utensils/tableware were included in the room and not for rental.

These resorts were in a perfect location close to many eateries and the staff was super responsive and accommodating. Even the laundry facilities were nice. And parking was extremely convenient. Thank you!

During golden week, the other tenants were a bit noisy but not too much past quiet time.

It's not the hotel's fault, it's just that at Okinawa>Chatan>Kadena place matter, american fighter jets can fly for a many tens of minutes during the day. If you are bothered by the huge noise for some reason, then I recommend another prefecture. - But it is possible that this is no longer current so I recommend asking the reception) In hot weather with an open window at night, noisy cars, motorbikes or people can easily be heard from the nearest regular small city road, which again relates to location and depends on outside influences, how people behave. Only the pillow was too big for me to lay my head (maybe they have another smaller pillows, I didn't ask them)

The room was like a small Japanese one room apartment. Location is good - short walk from American village and the nearest beaches.

Checking in is a bit fiddly due to being unmanned. If you don't have data or are arriving early this could be an issue.

Clean and tidy. Convenient location for any directions in those area. Restaurant and cafe nearby. Quiet enough.

I paid extra 1,000 yen per day to rent cooking supplies, but the rental system was inconvenient : one set did not include a knife, and if I chose a set with a knife, it did not come with cups.

Extremely affordable and conveniently located just outside of the American Village. It felt like coming home to our own apartment each night, which made it very nice to stay in. Bed was comfortable, shower and toilet were spacious and clean, and the room amenities were great.
