We had an amazing stay at L'agent Hotel Okinawa Chatan. The staff is really friendly and the hotel is in great condition. You can get an icecream while you stay there once a day which is a nice gesture. The room was spacious and quiet. The balcony while overlooking the parking area, had it's charm. The tuk-tuk service which goes every 15 minutes was unforgettable. The driver played Aloha, E Komo Mai while taking us through American Village which felt like turning on vacation mode. The hotel is right next to the American village, close to the bustle. Really happy with the stay.

The convenience of the place, the beach,restaurants,transportation is all surrounding the hotel.Ameican village is afew minutes walk from the hotel.The airport public bus has a stop outside the hotel. I like the way they describe it as the hotel with a bus stop outside. One can choose from staying in the main hotel with family or at the dorm if you are a solo traveler, either ways,you are under one roof.Cleanliness is topnotch,their is housekeeping daily even in the dorms, fresh towels,amenities are available too.Beakfast is available for main hotel members but affordable but for dorm members you have to pay an extra fee,which is fare priced.As a hotelier who knows more about food,services and I experience it everyday, I prefer the outside worldly.But if I recommend everything if you're a solo traveler. I enjoyed my stay and would go back again.Thanks Booking.com and La'gent hotel for the hospitality.

The bathroom floor was clean but the shower curtains had mould.As a shared bathroom, cleanliness should be topnotch.

Hotel is just at the fringe of the American Village which is great. Quiet and peaceful at night. It's nice to sit at the balcony just to chill. The room is huge by Japan's standard. I enjoyed the bathroom very much. Breakfast was good, delightful spread and a very clean restaurants.

Having to pay for parking at the hotel which cost 100yen more than the public parking (just across a small road). The hotel was unable to commit that a parking lot is available at check-in, hence we drove directly to the public parking. Upon check-in, the reception told us the public parking may not be safe. Anyway it felt safe enough for us and we left it. There were many empty lots and I do not understand why a charge is required for hotel guests. The bed and pillows are a tad too hard for my liking.

It is located opposite to Hilton, lovely walk along the seaside to American Village (10 mins), the view is stunning along the way you never get board walking back. Shuttle available everyday after 3pm to sunset beach. - the staffs: are super helpful and friendly. Appreciated for my bed requests. - the hostel: WOW! It’s really amazing and comfortable. Spotless clean bathroom, toilets and dining lounge. I love everything here. U never need to wait for shower and toilet. The changed towels everyday, just like stay in hotel.

EXCELLENT LOCATION! It’s opposite the Hilton but without the price tag. Chatan Harbour Brewery is across the road and it’s only a 6 minute walk to the beach and American Village. I was originally booked in to the hostel dorm for $35AUD a night (bargain!) but a twin was available for $170 instead so I upgraded during check-in to spread out and make use of the bathtub. The room was spacious with twin singles, a couch and tv, and the bathroom was HUGE. All toiletries included and a welcome hibiscus drink and icecream was available at check in. The hairdryer worked well too. Very comfy oversized pyjamas. Onsite parking available for only $5AUD.

The mattress was a little firm for my liking.

The location is awesome, walking distance from all you could need (conbini, sea, restaurants and tourist attractions like American village), and you can rent a car ti drive around the island. Really good price, compared to other hotels in the same area. There is a small parking lot, but if you are lucky, you can score a spot.

Severe lack of storing stuff: no closet, no armchair, no chest of drawers, or not even a shelf to put stuff on. There is no desk at all. When you stay for more than 2 days, it starts adding up to the discomfort.

The room was clean, everything inside the room was so tidy and compact. The location is near the American Village, easy walk. There is a car rental nearby, as well. The parking fee in the hotel is a bit higher than other parking areas nearby, staff asks you when you check in. 10m walk from the bus station if you come to the city by bus.

we booked for a couple but it came up with 2 single beds, which is a bit inconvenient for us.

La'gent has very helpful front desk staff and the room we had was really spacious. There are laundry facilities available on site. The hotel is a short walk to the pier, to town, and to a small selection of restaurants (including a cheap and cheerful Vietnamese) all in different directions. It's a fairly quiet hotel away from the noisier parts of town. There is a limousine bus for the airport with tickets available from reception. You MUST buy the ticket up to ten minutes before departure - I saw someone refused boarding as he didn't have a ticket at departure time even though the bus still waited another three minutes before leaving.

The shower curtain probably needs to be switched out for a new one as it's definitely showing its age. The larger rooms are sparsely furnished - could do with a table and two chairs.

I always book this place everytime I go to Okinawa. They always have great breakfast and super near the beach and restaurants. Chatan has a lot to offer. We booked here with my co-business owners this year because we had an event. They were able to get the dorms for way cheaper price. The room was alot cheaper before 2021 I think. But because it was still pandemic at that time. The prices is I can say is worth the price with this place. My room was at the beach front which was so cool. I always recommend this place.

i didnt know this is a resort. they also offer hostel, there are 4 beds in a room. many toilets and shower room. toothbrush and other free amenities can be found near the check in counter, i didn't see and the staff also didn't informed me, i only saw when i check out. the location is good, next to the busy street in american village. they also offer tuk tuk car tour but i didnt check it out. my bicycle was parked next to the shared bike area.

i stayed at the lower bed and somehow it was very hot when i close my bed curtain. I lower the temperature of the room to about 20 degree but it still felt hot (maybe the curtain is too thick), so i had to remove part of the curtain to allow air ventilation as i kept sweating once i am on bed.
