Nice hotel. Good location. Lots of restaurants and bars are nearby. The staff was very friendly, especially Steve at the front desk. Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the 4-6 pm free snacks and wine/beer in the 7th floor lounge, which also has a great view from the outdoor deck. A free laundry room on each floor was a great benefit. Good-sized rooms.

Need more TV channels, especially international ones like BBC, CNBC, Bloomberg, etc. The TV in the bedroom was at a right angle to the bed, making viewing a challenge. The swimming pool was a bit small.

We stayed here during our honeymoon. Expectations exceeded!!! We were met by such friendly staff and they gave us a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. This was quite thoughtful. The property itself looks brand new, feels very luxurious, and is in a great central location near American Village. We really enjoyed our room. The shower especially was amazing. We loved breakfast and drinks in their dining area which had a beautiful view. We had a rental car and there was amble parking. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and it was very clean.

The pool area is very small and could get crowded but was fine in April. The 7th floor moon club was a bit clinical and lacked atmosphere. There was a bar downstairs which closed at 7pm but we never saw anyone there and there was no where to go in the evening after eating out as the moon club is supposed to be open but again never anyone in there at night. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt it lacked atmosphere and the downstairs bar could be made much more of and have a happy hour etc to encourage use. It wouldn’t take much to make it more appealing and sociable.

The best hotel we have stayed in and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! It is such a beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the amazing plants running through the courtyard! The rooftop pool was beautiful with plenty of space as always quiet. The suite was clean, comfortable and spacious with great views. The Club Lounge access was also good. The best thing though was the staff and the level of service. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming with a special mention to Steve who went above and beyond to make our stay so special.

Super clean rooms, absolutely spotless after each cleaning. The rooms have microwave, mini fridge, some plates and utensils, a family size dining table, a sink and stove. Which is so important when traveling with little children. There’s free laundry machines on each floor. The staff was so friendly and spoke good English. The food was great! There was so much bed space and we were able to push 2 beds together to make a king. The furniture was very new and chic. You can log into Netflix’s and YouTube easily with 2 smart TVs. The bath tub was pretty big.

The bathroom light is too dim for me, the shower water took some time to get warm. Some food can be delivered to your room, but not all, and there’s no menu in the rooms.

Excellent breakfast, generous provision of FREE! afternoon tea nibbles and alcoholic beverages, beautiful room with a big bath, spotlessly clean and with staff who were all delightful and very attentive.

The issue is the location because you have to drive to a decent beach but you can use the sister hotel at Moon Beach twenty minutes away, which has an excellent private beach - for free.

The hotel was in a great location! The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious!

I was very unhappy that the hotel would not let my son visit me at the hotel. My son lives in the area and I was there visiting him. My room had a kitchenette with dining table and living room and I was hoping that we could spend some time together in my room.

Conveniently located right across the wedding venue I was attending to so the location is great. All the design was pretty and detailed. Like the atmosphere. Furnitures were comfy.

The drive way into hotel was not obvious. I missed the entrance the first time and had to drive around the block (it’s one lane one way street) to come back to it. But it’s rather minor. Perhaps consider making a more obvious sign.

The beds and pillows were exceptional. I had the best sleep in months there. Location is great. Its not in the center of the American village and close enough to not make it a long walk. Breakfast beat our expectations.

For dinner they could of had a main selection as they did for breakfast.

We loved the room which was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was outstanding and the dining space was beautiful with high ceilings. The restaurants across the street are affiliated with the hotel so it was convenient to secure a table. The staff were hospitable and made us feel welcome!

The view from our room looked down onto a car rental company's parking lot, but the plus side was that there were no people there in the evenings after business hours.
