The washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Very much appreciated having that in the unit along with detergent. Location was fantastic. Grocery store across parking lot in mall. Very convenient.

It would have been nice to have paper towels and we didn't know where the extra trash bags were. A little more explanation on garage might be needed. Such as, we had some items that were non burnable. Didn't know what to do with that. The couch was a bit hard. Beds comfortable, but would be nice to have a larger bed so husband and wife could fit.

Apartment style, was great to have space after traveling around Japan. Washing machine and separate dryer were on the balcony. There was clothes wash to use which was a great extra. Bed was comfortable and was lovely to have fresh towels for each day provided. 3 different air con units so you can keep the place at a comfortable temperature even in the heat (we only needed to use 1). Bed was comfortable pillowers were the best we have had. Place was very clean. There is a map at the check in area showing where you can park. We were on the third floor and there is no lift, not a problem for us the stairs were wide and easy to use. Would definitely stay again.

The shower curtain is too short so the majority of the bathroom floor gets wet after a shower. Not a major, make sure to put your slippers outside the bathroom.

I liked the big size of the room (biggest one we had in Japan ! It was more like an apartment), all the cupboards for the clothes, the laundry (washing machine and dryer plus the complimentary laundry tablets), all the kitchen space and the free and safe car park.

Being on the ground floor, the view wasn't great. Also the room was quite dark so I would suggest clearer bedding sheets or curtains to brighten up the room.

Location is near to American Village within walking distance. Self check-in is easy to follow. Room is big and comfortable for 2 Adults. Simple cooking/microwave facilities are available in the apartment.

There is no lift and only stairs available. It is a self-contained apartment and no breakfast provided. For our 2 nights stay, we are ok with the stairs and no breakfast.

The location was convenient, easy access to American Village. Parking is available and convenient right on the spot. The beds were super comfortable.

Wasn’t an issue to me, but if you are travelling with someone who is disabled or unable to walk, this place might be inconvenient as you can only access the upper floors via stairs.

Pretty nice place with everything you need in a convenient location!

The lighting was a bit cold (fluorescent), furniture could be a little bigger/nicer perhaps? Still, got the job done and was nice during the day.

Location was great near American village, room and bath was very spacious. Self checkin without problem, free parking. Washer and dryer was available in the room.

Bed was a little bit too soft for our taste.

Excellent location, short walk to everything from groceries and restaurants to shopping and entertainment. Very spacious, clean and quiet. Very accommodating and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Excellent! We are all happy. It’s like a home and very good location! Really good for the value and staff are all very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back again!

Very good location to drive around to different beaches. Staff are really nice. Family room are good size we were 5.
