The size of the accommodation was quite welcoming for us, and the staff were accommodating and thorough with their explanations.

The only complaints I had were the firmness of the beds and the thinness of the walls. It's nothing that would REALLY take away from the stay, but for me, it was tougher. The big negative was the jets, but that's outside the control of the accommodation, and I believe it depends on the timing. There were f22s,35s, and 16s doing sorties from 7am into the afternoon. So it was quite noisy. But again, I was told by some associates that that was more of a timing issue.

Perfect location for sightseeing in and around Chatan, as close to American village, public transport, and many restaurants. Ms stay accommodated our early arrival by stowing our bags and having them in our room once we returned from a day out. Fresh linen was supplied each morning. Our room was large, and the added benefit was the washing machine and kitchenette. All staff were great and super friendly

Clean apartment, pleasant and quiet area, and somewhat near restaurants.

You have to rent the kitchenware which is okay if you do it from the beginning. I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be anything in the room so then it was hard to catch staff in order to rent them for the first day or two.

During the night, especially the last one, there were a bunch of black Americans (always them) shouting and making noises. Shouting if they were in a fish market. Except this, please change the pillows, those are made of rocks. At least a couple of plates in the kitchen.

Very clean and tidy. Four pairs of slippers were ready for us to wear inside. Kitchen with sufficient facilities. Nice balcony with a nice view. Helpful staff, making the extra effort with receiving us and with local information. Nice shower facility. Walking distance to American Village.

Would be nice to have a second couch for people to sit on. And a table would make it easier to have a meal and to just sit at doing work.

There are restaurants and the bus stop is a walking distance. There’s parking also for guests. Good water pressure in the shower. Hotel service is great. The staff gave me a water bottle and a bag of cookies. The room is equipped with washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and stove.

I like Okinawa and the people there. However, before I retire to bed, I checked the bedsheets etc. but I had few bites when I woke up so not sure if it’s bed bugs;-( I took the city bus to the hotel. It was a nice ride but took longer (about 2 hours) because it’s not the express bus.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and super clean with a large fridge to hold all the drinks and snacks you might fancy. The location is great for my needs and the area is relatively quiet considering it's not far from Kadena air base. It's a short walk to restaurants, convenience stores and about a 20 walk to the American Village area.

The pillows are too big and hard for our liking. We always end up using the decorative cushions as pillows. On longer stays, I've actually brought my own. Wifi is slow, especially for Zoom meetings, etc. Again, I travel a lot and bring my own modem for faster connection speeds.

I love everything. Room so complex, comfort, useful, functional, clean and tidy. You can see a firework from your hotel. It so amazing. Please come and stay.! As I expected hotel closed to American village. Yes it is but due to the weather is soooo hot then I cannot walk there.

Comfortable and clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and location perfect for walking to convenient stores - Lawson and Family Mart, grocery store Sunset Market, and all the restaurants your heart desires in surrounding Chatan and Mihama (American Village)

Can’t think of a single thing!

The space was great. The bathrooms and shower rooms were excellent. The laundry room was a plus. The air-conditioning/Heating was excellent. The place was very clean and the bathroom amenities were excellent.

The pillows were hard and the beds weren't comfortable. The Sofa's in the living room were uncomfortable.
