I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cococious Monpa Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! As a repeat guest, I can confidently say that the experience only gets better. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean, which really added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to American Village, Aeon Mall, Home Center, and a variety of restaurants. Plus, I loved being able to see the sea from my hotel room terrace! The breakfast offered was delicious and exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable price of the hotel. There's also an Italian restaurant on the first floor that is both fantastic and budget-friendly. It’s a great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. I will definitely be booking again this year! Great location and very friendly staff. A short walk to the start of the American Village boardwalk, that leads to all the popular restaurants, bars and shops. Room was comfortable and equipped with a mini kitchen, medium-sized fridge, and microwave.

My daughter and I were a little disappointed that the breakfast buffet didn't have more Okinawan foods—No goya, no soba. I imagine it's because a lot of the guests were American who might not enjoy those foods. It probably also explains why the eggs were over cooked. Ha! Finally, the temperatures in the elevators was roasting!

I liked how close things were and it was clean and staff were friendly. I also liked the breakfast they provided even though some of it was not always hot.

I didn’t like that our room was only cleaned once throughout our 9 day stay there and we had to go down to the lobby to get towels switched, buy detergent, and things like that.

fish in the breakfast is fresh and tasty, I like the variety of the breakfast buffet. the view in the room is beautiful and the temperature in the room is comfortable after check-in, the hotel location is neat the pier, we took walk, enjoyed the breeze.

short of man power in the front desk and cleaning? the staff told me they dont clean during our stay(2 nights), sometime I can't see staff in the front desk when we go to. I booked the room with kitchen but there is no any Kitchen appliances could be use.

great staff, big room, comfy bed, great hot shower with brilliant pressure, good location, good breakfast, good atmosphere.

checkout was 10am, usually it is 11am, and even then the room wasn't ready at 7pm when I checked in, one would think they use the extra hour to prepare the rooms???

The room was very spacious and clean. Amenities were also beautiful, clean and easy to use. Staff were lovely and the property is in an amazing location; very close to America Village within walking distance.

I wish a baby bed could be available in rooms - that would be super helpful in the future.

The location is quiet and has beautiful scenery. Very relaxing. The room is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating.. A nice walk to American village is a wortth of a visit.

I wish property has money exchange on-site and a pool. Also, maybe an English channel option.

The room is very spacious in Japanese standard and the family size fridge is a very big pleasant surprise indeed! If they can improve on the choices & variety of breakfast would be nice, even though the food is delicious, eating virtually the same breakfast for 8 days honestly is a bit boring.

Great location with lots of restaurants, bars, attractions, and American Village nearby. Lots of free parking, conveniently close to Highway 58.

Individual dehumidifiers with no drainage system… I had to manually dump water every six hours or so

The property was well taken care of. Staff was super friendly at the front counter and at the restaurant.

Housekeeping was only done when requested and not an everyday.
