#1)The staff was wonderful if they were very sweet and super helpful. Whatever I needed. They were attentive to anything I asked . If they could do it, hey did it! #2) The Linens were phenomenal ..thick and luxurious, very clean and ironed. #3) It was a wonderful experience having the laundry available 24/7 where you could wash your clothes dry them and use the laundry detergent for free - very helpful. (I didn't need to bring as many clothes as I did because I kept them washed up all the time.) #4) The view from the top of the hotel is spectacular having the glass railing is delightful. I didn't use the pool because we were right by the ocean. #5) Hotel was sparkling clean. #6) SAFE! - You feel completely safe to walk outside in the night here- I took advantage of that ..night strolls are lovely on the beach. #7) Nice restaurants are within walking distance and little homey Cabanas with International Food selections are nearby. #8) American village is a good destination for walking. We would go there in the morning for coffee in the evening for dinner. It was enjoyable to walk by the sea on the way to American village. #9) I took advantage of the free bikes available at the hotel several times. It was nice to go out in the morning by the seaside one mile one way and one mile the other way. It's easy to drive in the area on a bicycle because it's very pedestrian and bicycle friendly in Okinawa. #10)....I met wonderful guests, this is a very happy place. #11) I could go on...but I won't:)

The free shavers! Don't use these shavers. ( take one and send it to your worst enemy;) On the other hand, they're tiny toothbrushes are the best I've ever used. I really like using these toothbrushes!!!

The room's size was decent compared to other hotels in Japan. The sea view was nice - we caught an amazing sunset with a great view right from our room. The location of the hotel was good as well - 10-15 minutes walk to American Village. We didn't have the opportunity to visit too many beaches during our stay, but Araha beach is not necessarily a spectacular one.

The smell in the room was a strange one. The room was cleaned only on demand. Same for the towels replacement. Even if it was end of april, the air was quite humid inside the room (I suspect the ventilation in bathroom was not working either), we had to sleep with the window a bit open, and it was a but noisy during night.

Beds were not co.pletely comfortable. I had a room for 3. 3 single beds that were pretty uncomfortable Partly because my wife and I had to sleep separately. I wasn't aware that I needed to specify that we needed a bed for a couple and a bed for 1 other person. Partly because they were lumpy. Other than that only disappointment was that the pool and roof top vista was not available to us. I did not see this posted as anywhere. I booked this hotel/ resort mainly because of the photos of the pool and rooftop views posted on booking.com. Otherwise this was a great place to stay. For the 2 reasons I stated I cannot say that the stay met or exceeded my expectations. However in all other ways this is a great location, with great amenities and accommodations, facility, and staff. Especially the staff!

The location was amazing because one way you had a less than 5 minute walk to the beach/basketball courts and some very refreshing Acai bowl locations and then the other way you had a 10-15 minute walk to American Village which is extremely popular. The staff here were extremely helpful and very on top of it. We had wanted to go play basketball and just asked the staff if they happened to have one or know where we could get out. Not even 20 minutes later we returned and they had one for us to use. Amazing service.

I am gonna assume some people will complain about the breakfast options and how it is small & limited, but in my groups opinion the croissants and drinks were just what we needed. Especially since we were looking forward to trying local places. Not a con for us but I assume some will complain.

I can find fault with everything in the world but not here. I have a difficult time recommending much that I experience but this was the exception. I will stay here again. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and staff. This was the best stay I had in 30 years. I can easily and wholeheartedly recommend a stay here. How ever many stars they are rated is not enough. They outperformed many five-star establishments. Thank you very much. Last, but not least, the staff all deserve bonuses and merit pay increases.

Free laundry meant my spouse sent me to do laundry more often. :-) Free bicycles meant I did not have any excuse for not exercising, according to my spouse. :-) We did have to walk most places -- like the beautiful beachfront that was minutes away. OMG! :-) We took so many pictures we kept running out of film (for our cellphones) -- snicker. :-)

It was a fantastic stay. All the staff were so kind and helpful (even when they didn't speak much english they would use a translate to help us). The room view was amazing. We stayed on the 8th floor and when we went into the room we saw the beach already. The bed is turned to the beach, so you can lay down in the bed and watch the sea. Amazing. They even offered a complementary light breakfast for free with a few pastries and a drink that we didn't expected and it was so nice. The room is big, super clean, shower is very good and strong, great after a long day at the beach. I wish we had stayed more here. They also offered beach towels for free, super handy. Bikes too, but we didn't use them. You can also use their lundry room for free and they have everything there. The hotel is very close to the beach and to the American Village.

The View was great! Location was very close to several places to get coffee, have a drink or get a bite to eat. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The room has a lovely balcony that is inviting and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Washer and dryer / washing powder available with no payment, coffee in the morning served with sole along with delicious pastries :) bikes available for use to go around! Great location with walking distance everywhere, great beach and restaurants minutes away. We had 2 rooms and stayed 6 days. I will come back :)

only downsize is no daily cleaning service. I wish they could have at least every 2-3 days as the rooms get dirty. They only offer every 7 days.

English speaking staff who were friendly Clean rooms, free laundry room to use. Ample parking space. Great gesture by the hotel to provide free crossiant and coffee as simple breakfast.

We found small ants inside the room. Not sure if due to earlier occupants.

Good location, super close to restaurants and Araha Beach. The rooftop pool was really enjoyable. The sunset from there was beautiful. The lobby smelled nice and was pretty. Staff were all very kind and helpful. The pineapple danish in the morning was delicious. Even though the parking filled out fast, there was a second lot that we were guided to.

Some ants came into our room from the bathroom area, which wasn't near a window or door. No one picked up the trash, even though we were told to leave it outside the room. The bed was a bit small for one adult and two kids, but this is my fault. I would pick a bigger bed next time. Overall, we would stay here again. It's a great location and you can't beat the rooftop pool for the price.
