Hotel is well located. Close to monorail and Kokusai dori. Parking available on-site. Good size room with everything we need during our stay. Comfy beds, good wi-fi and air conditioning. Washing machines and dryers available with a small cost. Breakfast was very good with many options. Staff working during breakfast were very helpful and friendly. A big shout-out to Reception staff who went above and beyond. I cannot express how grateful we were. We had an issue with our rented car and staff did everything they could do to help us (went down to check the car and rang the rental company for assistance). Customer service flawless from check-in to check-out.

Very close from Asato station. Good access to Kokusai dori. Room is enough for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children). Breakfast is decent ( you can have some Okinawan food) . Staffs are nice.

They told me that kids breakfast was not included when I get there. It was fine to pay but I wanted to know before I arrived.

Great price for size, central location, great breakfast. Parking was 1200¥ for 24 hours in a small parking lot under the hotel with video surveillance.

Only two outlets available in the whole room. Smoking room smelled like smoke. (Duh!) We were prepared and brought an air purifier that we left on while we were out. You cannot open the windows.

The location of Azat Hotel is really very convenient. We can easily arrive there by taking the monorail from the airport. The staff there are very nice and it is definitely worth to recommend.

Very convenient as it is close to Azato Station. Close enough to walk to Kokusai Street. The cost of accommodation was low and the room was comfortable, so I think I will stay here again next time.

There was dust on the table next to the bed and it had not been cleaned. It was a shame that we had to start cleaning immediately after arriving.

Location was brilliant for getting around. And had washing machine and drying facilities which was invaluable

The distance is really close to Monorail station and the hotel provides a well-functioned bathroom

The A/C sometimes did not work smoothly and makes the room too hot, even hotter than the hallway. Also the bathtub used the old faucet separating hot and cold water, I’m fine with that but as I know, some people are not used to it.

Not enough parking lot, we have to drive around the hotel but the reception went to the car with us to find the car parking
