Location: Very convenient - Short walk from bus stops and Makishi station (connected to airport directly via Yui Rail) - 7-11, Family Mart, Times car rental, and Kokusai shopping street literally at your door step Room: Good rest at the end of the day - Small but functional - Clean (do not that the hotel only does cleaning every 3 days, for their sustainability efforts - can enquire if you need cleaning more frequently) - Designated wifi network for each room = good connection - No kettle in the room - High-tech bidet toilet Lobby: - Staff are friendly and helpful, Google translate is a must if you don't speak Japanese - Seamless check in and check out experience. We could leave our luggage there when we arrived earlier than the check in time by a few hours - Water and tea dispenser available - 1 free ice cream per guest Sanrio theme: - Lots of merchandise for sale - You get to keep the room card (personalised with your name) as a souvenir. We also got a coaster and a lucky dip small item to bring home

- This is the one down point for the hotel: the Sanrio themed breakfast is very over-priced, and there were no other breakfast options available. - The staff was able to recommend McDonalds at Kokusai as the nearest dine-in option, which we had for one of the mornings. - There is also konbini food available from the 7-11 and Family Mart next door, and a place to sit down at the lobby to consume your food

The staff/ decoration / facility

The room is not soundproof, and at night, sounds from outside are quite clear, including noises from the room above, such as walking or jumping (presumably by children). Guests should be clearly informed that after 10:00 PM, they should refrain from making noise. However, I informed the staff, and they helped move me to another room. I really appreciate it.

The property is close to everything. It's very convenient. The rooms were very clean and the staff were phenomenal.

The only thing I have negative about this place is the room and halls have a very different mildewy smell.

The location is exceptional! Right on kokusai-dori, so many restaurants bars, stores right outside. The staff were incredible and so friendly. Of course the room and lobby were so adorable aswell! This hotel is fantastic

I love Sanrio. The staff was kind and welcoming. They gave my mother a gift for her birthday. The gift shop was reasonably priced and the hotel was close to the monorail and the action packed downtown scene. It was convenient having a 7-eleven next door.

You can smell smoke lingering from the smoke rooms, but it wasn’t overbearing. I wish they had a hello kitty cafe inside the hotel.

Just a very fun, cute experience and the bed was so comfy. Little girls would probably think they went to heaven. Great location near the souvenir shopping street and the monorail, about a fifteen minute train ride from the airport. Friendly staff :)

Was exactly what my daughter was hoping it to be. We stayed in the Cinnamoroll room. It was super cute, very clean, and decent amount of space. The gift shop full of sanrio things was great. They have free coffee and cold green tea in the mornings. Overall, was worth the trip to Okinawa.

It was a good no frills hotel. i may have expected a bit more due to it being hello kitty themed. however it was nice.

the air conditioner had a lightly bad odor. the walls allowed noise to be heard from connecting rooms.

Stayed in a very nice and cute room in Hello Kitty Okinawa style. There are cute Sanrio items in the shop!

The airco did not work as well as I would have liked. There is no natural daylight in the room.
