Is close to the kokusaidoori and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk also speak English. The breakfast was nice, everyday the change the menu. The onsen closes late and opens early which is very convenient for the guests.

There was a bit of a confusion with the parking lot, so i recommend you call the hotel first so they can tell you where you can park since the hotel doesn’t have their own parking lot. The pool was just small but pretty chill atmosphere.

The location on the corner of Kokusai street is excellent. The tourist informationCenter across the street, also a bus stop and the next Mono rail station Makishi , the Public market, many restaurants with music at night, all available conveniently reachable on foot. The Master Sommelier Minoru TERUYA was a pleasure to get to know. He made sure the restaurant ran perfectly to everyone’s satisfaction. The hotel appeared like a museum. All 9 floors are packed with beautiful drawings and paintings, historical, modern, contemporary, abstract. Even some paintings from Hollywood actor Tony Curtis. The nightly Japanese hot bath and soak in tranquil zen like surroundings.

The Pool is small and often busy with Children?

It was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. The pool AND hot baths were amazing additions to our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. You are in the middle of Okinawa, next to a busy street and you feel like on tropical holidays. Restaurant was also really good. We had drinks by the pool every night ! I would definitely go back there !

1. Location - love that its just along the Kokusai Street - lots of shops and eateries around. The Tourist Information office is just opposite the hotel and there are 3 convenient shops located about 100m away from each other. There is bus stop just outside the hotel to hop on to Shuri Castle and walking distance to another bus stop to board the bus #83 to the limestone cave. The monorail is 5 mins away and it brings you all the way to the Naha airport. 2. Room - spacious and i like that the toilet has a separate door from the shower area. The bed is bigger than the super single size and there are 2 pillows provided. 3. Breakfast - A wide variety with both Japanese and bread selection. 4. Laundry - 4 washers and 4 dryers - very easy to use @400 Yen per wash and @100 Yen per 15 mins of drying. Simple instructions provided to operate the machines. 5. Security - you need the hotel card to access the lift & a separate card for ladies onsen

Onsen - the amenities are limited. There is no towel, comb, shower cap. House keeping - no cleaning of room unless guests stayed more than 4 nights. Only change of towel, clearing of rubbish and replenish amenities.

The location is excellent. The room is really big and the bathroom is huge too. Breakfast selection was not bad but mainly Japanese food. Coffee is nice! The staffs are friendly and helpful. Car rental is within walking distance, though the hotel doesn’t have parking lots but we can park our car at a building opposite the hotel at a concession rate.

In summer gets very busy and it gets difficult to use some facilities as washing machines/dryers as people leave the clothes in there for hours...

Amazing!! The staff, the pool, happy hour, the bar,the drink specials- AMAZING!! This place has it all. You truly don't need to leave the hotel. You can swim, eat drink, lounge , bbq and enjoy a private onsen all in one facility. I will never stay anywhere else.. They provide pajamas for the room and onsen, they even leave a bag for changing in-room items if you don't want them to clean. The hotel owner is super attentive, attractive,fun and accommodating. I had the best time. The bbq looked amazing, but for me it was a lot of food, so I had to cancel my reservation. However, they did try to tell me before it was plenty, but I insisted. After seeing a group enjoy the bbq the night before my reservation, I thought it was best to do the bbq when I come back with friends. So I had to cancel. But, if you are with company, you should reserve the poolside bbq. I also like the Adult swim hours. I think it should last longer in the summer. Maybe 8-11 instead. I'm glad they give adults time in the pool without the kids. I also like the DJ they had on a Sunday. The first guy was not so good as his music was depressing for a sunny day by the pool, but the young lady who DJ 'd after was awesome. She understands what it's like to hang at the pool on a sunny day and enjoy life. I can't wait to come back.

The location is perfect, the pool is a lovely addition and a nice space to relax in the heat. The rooms are comfortable and the staff were all very friendly.

The first room we got was too small for two people. We had to request an upgrade and we had to wait a day, but it was worth the wait. Second room was lovely.

Great location on Kokusai-dori with easy access to eating places, Makishi Public Market, coffee shops, convenient stores. Breakfast buffet serves up a good variety of tasty dishes daily, and they change up the menu! I enjoy the rooms in the new wing better as they are brighter and more updated looking! Appreciate that the staff helped us to arrange for airport transfer via jumbo taxi for our early morning flight back home!

WiFi can be a bit patchy but it’s not the worst!

Excellent location right on Kokusai Dori. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and very beautiful. Also, even though the hotel was right by all the action, our rooms were quiet.

Rooms were a little dated, but well maintained.
