Have stayed at this location several times. Great spot with walking distance to restaurants, shopping, convenient stores and laundromat. Staff is nice and the hotel is always clean. Parking available in their garage and the staff is great with bringing your car out in a timely manner. There’s a washer/dryer located on two floors. You have to fight for them but worth it being on property. There is also a laundromat located within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast downstairs is to die for and is a super selling point for me.

The luggage forwarding service that's available everyday from 0800-1130. It's cash only but very convenient. The room for 3 persons was also much more spacious than expected, with space to open 3 medium-large luggages simultaneously. There's also a 7-11 directly connected to the hotel from 0700-2300. Finally, the taxi hailing service at the 24-hour front desk was super efficient as we needed 3 separate taxis and they all arrived at the same time.

It's a little strange that the parking at the hotel is not subsidized, and the public parking lot right next to it is half the price, and has more lots available. I understand the hotel is very large and Japan is a relatively safe place, but the room cleaning service spanned over almost 5 hours with our room door completely open.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years, and it is my hotel of choice when I visit Naha. I like the location, on-site parking, the breakfast buffet, and most of all, the friendly staff and service.

It was terribly expensive this time... So a better price would suit me

The staff was great. They were attentive, helpful, and polite. The location was good too.

No air circulation in the room the room felt very stuffy. Needs airflow and dehumidification. If I could have borrowed a dehumidifier, I think that would have helped.

The location is amazing (directly at the tourist hotspot in Naha), staff was really friendly and helpful (even though I speak 0 japanese), the room was comfortable and clean.

Great location, nice rooms, shower was hot with good pressure. Full amenities available - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razers, toothbrush, etc. Breakfast was amazing!!

Bedsheets was dirty. Had to request for change of sheets which was done.

Floor was a bit sticky for some reason

Good location . Very close to shopping area.

A bit noisy hallway due to some occupants leave doors open.

So far everything is good. No complaints.

Only downside is the construction going on in the entrance and could not see the building facade.
