The property was close to the monorail which was easy to get to and from the airport. Also close to shopping and places to eat. It was generally quiet in the building while we stayed, but the street noise was quite loud, but mainly due to construction occurring while we stayed there (may not be an issue in the future). Having a free communal clothes dryer was a bonus.

The bed/mattress was a bit uncomfortable and hard. It creaked loudly every time we moved. The couches in the lounge was also uncomfortable and not very deep. You were always sliding off the couch as you sat on it. The shower took a long time to warm up before you can use it. Not ideal while travelling in Winter.

Although called a "hotel", the units are like an apartment with separate rooms and a living-cum-dining area plus kitchenette. Quite spacious and it suited our group very well. Place was clean, beds are comfy, nice hot shower with good pressure, medium fast wifi, plus washing/drying facilities. Very good location, near to Kokusai-dori, the monorail, shops and restaurants. The hotel is unmanned and has a self check-in system. Overall high recommended.

Perhaps the only negative is that you cannot hold/store your luggage there before/after the stay.

Room 302 was very roomy and comfortable. Interior was modern and clean. Washing machine inside the room and dryer outside the room on the third floor was extremely convenient. Security was superb -- entry code was required to enter the building and a separate entry code was needed to enter the unit, doors locked upon closing, cameras in hallways. Balcony door slides open to let in fresh air. Restaurants, 7-ELEVEN, and Lawson within easy walking distance. Location was quiet, no street noise. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, very close to great tourist shopping and local restaurants. Safe quiet area, would stay again. 4 adults was comfortable but would fit 6+. Easy 5 walk from the bus/monorail stops at prefectural office. Good washing machines on site with fast drying.

Some basic condiments would be great eg; salt n pepper, cooking oil, soya sauce.

Close to kokusaidori the main shopping street, but itself was on a quiet street. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with good amenities. Rooms doors have digital combination locks, which was really convenient for us as a larger group for leaving and entering freely.

We did struggle slightly with the unmanned check-in but it was fine. Something to note if you mind it, the building is right next to a huge grave, but it didn't bother us and we had a peaceful stay

We stayed here for a conference. It was a 5 minute walk to the conference center. A wide variety of restaurants and combini are located nearby. The house itself was comfortable and had good facilities suitable for a family, including washing and drying machines.

At one point we seemed to loose power and internet to the building, but it was quickly rectified.

Great Location- close to shopping street, restaurants, Lawson/ Family mart and monorail. Comfortable stay. Check email before stay. Clear check-in instructions in the email. Cozy apartment for a group of 5

Parking could be a problem if your drive a big car. Look out for coin parking lots nearby.

The place is very close to Kokusai Dori shopping street, mono-rail station #7, and the citizen square, where you can go almost everywhere, like shopping, eating, taking mono-rail to mall and airport, and taking tour bus to Churaumi Aquarium at the citizen square, 20 mins walk to supermarket, beach and ferry harbor. The room has everything a family need. We like this place and will stay here again next time.

Location is super close to the city center. Room is spacious and clean. We have comfortable stay and would love to stay longer. Washing machine and dryer are very helpful, new and clean to use.

Would be great to provide free parking and flexible checkin.

location is perfect. the room was very clean and it had plenty of towels, toilet paper etc. Having a washer and dryer is a massive plus.

the trash cans are just outside the elevator, so it stinks up the hall.
