Great little capsule stay. Perfect for somewhere to sleep after long days exploring Okinawa, convenient location just off the main shopping street. Comfortable, clean and good value for money.

I was staying on the women-only floor, but there were shared family rooms on the same floor and the men staying in them were using the women’s bathroom/sink area despite signs asking men to go to a different floor… There is also nowhere to hang wet things to dry, which is inconvenient when you have bikinis/towels from the beach. A drying rack area would be good. I just used the railing people chain their luggage to.

Location: ideal location for exploring Naha if your plan is staying within the city limits. - 3-5 min walk from Prefectural Office monorail station + buses going to American Village / Yomitan. - a block from the beginning of Kokusai Street. - 7-11 / Family Mart a block away. - Very quiet, yet super close to all the excitement. Room: stayed in the Deluxe Cabin; spacious for a capsule room. The sliding door has a magnetic 'click' which could be loud for light sleepers. Not to mention the walls are a bit thin as well. Could hear my neighbors obsession with zipping/unzipping her luggage. Staff: very friendly and professional. Hotel: There's a public bath on the 2nd floor along with a lounge and washing machine. Canteen on 1st floor where you can eat, meet up with people or work.

Probably the best location to stay in Naha if you want to be in the active area. There are a lot of foreigners staying here as well, which can be both good and bad. The beds were nice with a TV and locker inside the capsule. New towels are provided everyday. Sauna and onsen was a nice touch but a little small for the amount of people staying here. There are two shower stalls for each gender on various floors for those who don’t want to bathe in public. I didn’t have a problem getting a shower stall, but I saw that sometimes people were waiting in a line to take a shower. Going back to the foreigners bit, it’s good if you want to meet other people who speak English, but sometimes they may not follow rules. There are only two washers and dryers and someone left their clothes in the washer for over an hour, making it so others couldn’t use it. I also had my slippers stolen, which was the first time I had anything stolen from me in Japan. They were my own slippers that I brought with me, and I left them out for about 10 minutes while I was unpacking and when I came back, only the plastic wrapping for the slippers was left. Not a big deal, but I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my stuff around like in other Japan hostels I’ve stayed in. The dorms also didn’t have cameras at the end of the corridors, like I usually see in other capsule hotels.

It is a straightforward cabin style lodging. I had a cabin room, I wasn’t expecting anything more than a bed and proper shower facilities, especially when I booked it in a hurry. Turned out, the cabin had more than enough space for me to leave my cabin-size luggage opened on the floor. It has a small desk with locker drawers, bar & hangers, full length mirror & a tv. The sleeping area is large enough to be comfortable & high enough for me to stretch out my legs upright (I am 5ft11). Location is perfect, just 1 street behind the shopping street, about a minute’s walk. It is just across Prefectural Station, 3-5mins’ walk. I was exploring hotel options before I checked in, as i wasn’t sure about the property (the photos didn’t look good to me). I am just glad I went with this property, location is just perfect, the cabin & bathroom was more than what I expect. There is a work/ eating space with water/ microwave on the ground floor. No footwear allowed in the building. You will be asked to leave your shoes in the locker before proceeding. Bedroom slippers are provided and they can be worn within the whole building. The cabin ‘door’ cannot be locked, it like a hard fabric with magnets to keep ‘door’ closed. For cabin-type lodging, this is best.

It's been one of my most favourite hotels in Japan so far, the location was great. Close to the monorail and close to the bus station if you want to go to the ferry harbour. The people working there were great and help me a lot with almost everything. The facilities very clean and modern and I didn't have any issues using them. The public bath was amazing and it wasn't really crowded, which was really nice, I had deluxe cabin and there was enough space to open a big luggage.

The mattress was really thin, but if you're a back sleeper, you won't have any problems. I had good sleep but still it wasn't really comfortable sleeping on the side.

Fantastic location about 5 minute walk to monorail station with lots of eateries and shopping nearby. The famous Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street is also about 5 minutes walk away. The entire hotel is very clean and the services levels are everything you'd expect from a Japanese hotel. I got a deluxe cabin which was private. The bed was pretty comfortable and had a nice thick blanket for the AC. The bunk had one electrical point, one USB slot and a TV, which I didn't watch. The deluxe cabin had a desk and chair to work on. The desk had an embedded locker which was like a drawer and could hold a large laptop and documents. The showers, toilets and sink are excellent and fantastically clean. The 2nd floor has a sauna and communal baths which were great. Other communal areas include a work/dining area on the ground floor and a relaxation area, also on the 2nd floor.

Nothing.

Great location, well kept place, it does what it is supposed to do. I got the slightly bigger cabin (narrow space with a desk and a capsule on the side of it, in my case it was high the neighbor had a cabin below me and similar entry space on his side) and it was surprisingly cozy. Public bath was also very good.

The only thing that could be somewhat improved would be lounge spaces which were kind of ruthlessly functional. Do your thing and go kind of spaces. Perhaps it makes sense that you have stuff to do in the town and come to get a shower (or extended bathing with onsen and sauna) then sleep in capsule, it was not really a detriment for me.

Very closely located to Kokusai Street with plenty options for food, shopping & nightlife. Many of the tourist day trips start at the bus stop nearby. I definitely recommend the deluxe cabin. Enough space for your luggage and privacy. There are showers in a separate lockable room with shampoo, body soap etc. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The ventilation in the Deluxe cabin I found insufficient at times. It was still hot, so I often times had to sleep with the door open, and that defeats the purpose of getting your own cabin. Not the fault of the hotel, but the facilities were occasionally dirty and not checked until the main cleaning time in the afternoon the next day. I feel like this could be slightly improved, especially when it comes to the toilets.

It was one of the best places I stood in Japan. Super comfy, the cabin looked impecable, clean and private. The space to keep personal items is a bit small but it worked for me. Toilets where super clean and tidy, and they provide all the basic toiletries you might need during your stay. Inside the rooms, the luggage is kept away from the cabin which helps to keep the place quiet as people fix their stuff before leaving, which helps to respect the ones who are already resting. And they also provide a lock. I loved the lounge area. It has sauna and onsen. Also hot and cold water if needed. Location was super good, as I didn't rent a car, it helped the fact of being so close to the bus stops.

As I was travelling by myself I expected it to be more social, but it's okay, that's not about the place itself. As it is a cabin, it gets a bit hot inside, but nothing too bad.

- The Onsen is great but people with tattoos are not allowed to use it. Only in Japanese it's written that you can cover them, but it does not look like that's really ok. The english version "No tattoos!" is very discriminating. I could understand it more from a traditional Onsen but not in a modern hotel with international guests. All are paying the same price but not all have the same rights for using the rooms. That's not acceptable. A lot of people got tattoos and in some cultures it's a must have. A hotel should not have this old, conservative rules. - My bed was super but the sheets are very thin, so I could see that the guest before me was bleeding on the mattress.
