The location was great. Considering a 5 minute walk to the kokusai-dori area. There's a shopping mall nearby & 2 convenience stores. Great for tourists like us if we need to purchase mini bites. Bus stop & monorail were nearby too. We use the monorail to travel back to Haneda airport, which took around 30 minutes. Overall, a great accommodation at Naha! The staff at the hotel were very helpful too. :)

The buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing. When we reached there about 9am, most of the food were like all finished. We feel like there's not sufficient food for all the guests. They should prepare more food beforehand since it's a peak season for tourists. My family of 4 didn't have much food. Just had a slice of bread, coffee, a spoonful of noodles & bit of sausages. I am so sorry to comment it's definitely not worth the price. I hope the hotel will improve on this. Thank you

Stayed in a standard twin room. Good size and very clean. The pajamas provided is thoughtful and nice. The breakfast lounge opens up for free tea, coffee and soft drinks in the afternoon and 7-10pm at night. Service is top notch. The staff are so thoughtful and always smiley and polite. Special thanks to Oomura San working at the lounge who was especially considerate. Hotel is a just short 3 mins walk to Kokusai-dori and Ryu-bo departmental store with Yui monorail station a 5mins walk away. Lots of food and retail options around. Mechanical lift parking is available at the hotel or just next to it is an open air public carpark.

There’s a slope leading up to the hotel but it’s a small inconvenience.

This is one of the cleanest and newest hotel I have stayed in. The location is good. It's very near the shopping area but not in it so it is not that busy and noisy. The room is quite spacious (because I have chosen a superior room), very quiet, no people shouting at the corridor and no banging of doors. Very classy and modern design. Cheap parking directly next to the hotel. Washroom spacious. Staff are friendly although not everyone speaks English. However the male staff (Gurung??) was very polite. The one I have to specially mention is the lady from Shanghai China (Shu?). She speaks excellent English and was very helpful. She called and checked for us whether we could take the glass bottom boat for seeing fish. She even made good recommendation for us to visit DMM, Iias and the beach. We spent the whole day there. Since she was on leave the following day, she even left a note for her colleagues to follow up on the next day to check whether the boat would be in operation. For the other staff who do not speak English, they have a device for you to say something and then the content will be translated to Japanese for them to check.

Although everything was quite good, it would be nice if the hotel can make the following improvement 1) the curtain is not thick and dark enough to cover the strong Okinawa sun. 2) only japanese channels and you have to pay for english channels 3) since I don't change the towel everyday (for environmental protection purpose) it would be nice if they have a few racks for hanging towels in the washroom 4) the aircon was cold in the day time but usually not cold enough after a whole night 5)

Love that they have an ice machine and laundry facilities and they’re so close to market street and have parking onsite but also next to the building. Very convenient

Personally I enjoyed most of the breakfast but it wasn’t really “hot” breakfast. It was only warm. Personal preference I prefer hot breakfast. Taste wise great but wasn’t hot especially the eggs.. my stomach was upset after I ate them both times. I didn’t get any the third time and was feeling great. Had some miscommunications about room cleaning. But nothing major. We thought the rooms get tidied daily and big clean on request. But when we left for the day early morning and came back around lunch we didn’t see the clean so we were confused and had to reconfirm. No big deal though staff are very accomodating The washing services are great but the dryer didn’t dry the clothes. Even after 3 attempts. We just hung the clothes in the room.

The hotel is exceptional. It had its 2 years anniversary during the days we stayed and we got some complimentary drinks to celebrate it and the staff organized some other special events as well. The room and the facilities are new, the breakfast is delicious, focused on typical Okinawan dishes; this was a great opportunity to try some of the dishes on our checklist without the need to go a restaurant (or go to a specialized one for the dishes we liked the most) Location is not too far from Kokusai Dori to come and go as you please, and not too close either to be overwhelmed by the crowd and noices. The staff was lovely and eager to help on any request we had.

The room air conditioning was quite strong and difficult to achieve a comfortable temperature even when in auto mode TV had no English channels and was difficult to operate as all menus were in Japanese Air Conditioning panel was in Japanese… although we did eventually find the English language settings

Fresh hotel, no stain no spot anywhere.

Breakfast - very scarce choice. One day they offered tomato juice, the other day it wasn’t available. The faces of the staff were showing “Have we ever offered tomato juice before?” Also - !!!! - Taking into consideration the strict smoking restrictions in central Naha, only small cramped smoking room was made available. But what if I don’t want to breathe tobacco fumes (I smoke ecig) of my fellow nicotine addicts, then can I go outside to smoke it in a designated place? No, that is not an option. This forced me to stalk around and feel like a burglar each time I had my ecig behind the parking tower… :(((

The staff were extremely polite, efficient and always willing to help. We highly recommend the breakfast as it was delicious although menu is repetitive. I learnt how to eat Nato there as it tasted really good! Rooms were spotlessly clean and they even provide you with pyjamas. Bathroom was rather large in comparison to the room size. Location is GREAT, just 5 minutes walk to the main street with a large shopping mall and loads of f&B outlets and tourist souvenir shops along the street. So accessibility to where all the action is, is great but you don't have the noise level of a busy street.

Parking is available but IT IS NOT FREE. That was not stated clearly in Booking's site. The bed is comfortable but I find it a little too soft, however, that is just a personal preference. The rest of my group had no trouble sleeping on the bed despite it's very narrow width. The Queen Size here is a little smaller than the average queen size bed, so large folks may find this a real tight squeeze.

The hotel is quite new, and everything is in excellent condition. It was spotlessly clean, and the room was spacious for the location. Breakfast was great—absolutely worth it. The bathtub was larger than it appeared in the pictures, which is always a plus for taller people. The staff were extremely helpful and could communicate in both English and Mandarin.

It would be an even better value at a lower room rate, but that’s just nitpicking.

Awesome hotel pretty much right next to the main street, so there was a lot of things to see and do! The rooms were great, we had two adjoining rooms that you could close off from each other to have a bit of privacy and felt very luxurious! There's even a breakfast buffet for early risers between 6am and 10am and washing machines for those planning on staying for a while. Staff were professional and friendly, would definitely come back again for future stays in Okinawa!
