Omo5 in Naha was the best hotel we ever stayed in. The price quality ratio is amazing. The room was very unique with modern Japanese touch. It was very spacious, bathroom was very comfortable to use. All the amenities were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcome drink, afternoon cookie and evening market were perfect cherries on top of everything. The view was just WOW. The location of the hotel was perfect - 10 min walk to the main street. We will definitely stay at Omo5 when returning to Okinawa!

Besides strategic location for both buses and Yui Rail, i really love their interior. Modern and Premium. They have library in 2nd floor which is super convenient for those who need to work like me without any noises. The hotel environment is good and they have alot of activities daily. It's pretty interesting. And thumb up for the room cleaning. I was staying there for 5 nights and their cleaning service were really efficient and clean.

A few staffs couldn't Speak English so they rarely introduce the good facilities and activities provided. Not a big issue. We can explore by ourselves. Overall is over satisfactory.

Staff are enthusiastic and exceptional. Always willing to help and provide lots of information on the area with recommendations. The live music performance geld every night in the library was a wonderful surprise. The Awamori tasting was also lovely. Although English was limited, staff always made an effort to welcome and accommodate us in these communal activities.

The room was a little short on space for luggage storage. But spacious enough to shuffle things around when required.

The hotel is sooo downtown: 20min taxi to Naha Airport, 20min walking to the main commercial area, surrounded by restaurants and stores. It allows you to visit Naha main spots just by walking. The hotel itself is nice too, with an art hotel environment, fancily decorated. There are a laundry room and lockers on the 2nd floor, quite convenient for backpackers.

Please note you will need to pick up toothbrushes and sleeping clothes at the 1st floor before you get into the elevator.

We enjoyed the view from the room. We arrived early, before check-in time, and were able to wait on some armchairs on the second floor. It was very quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom layout was very convenient! The garage attendant was very attentive and gave recommendations on places to eat. We liked the hotel's free activities. Great breakfast! Walking distance from Monorriel.

Very value for money hotel and it was a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness and service was top notch, and location was decent. Breakfast was amazing, I loved the french toast. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in Okinawa and was pleasantly surprised by the price.

The room is slightly small. It's an interesting room layout where you have to get through the toilet to get to the room. But I'm all up for new and interesting room layouts, didn't hinder the comfort level of my stay.

The location was excellent and staff were very supportive, we received great services!!! It’s very clean. The convenience store is located just around the corner! The breakfast was good, was served quickly! The access to the Kokusai doori (The Main Street) is about 12-13 minutes on foot.

If you have a big suitcase, you might feel there is not enough space to keep it in a room.

Hotel conveniently located around main attractions and public transportation yet retain a feel of local neighbourhood. Coin laundry and free drinking water with carefully designed public space feel like home. Free tours hosted by hotel staff are fun to join.

English level of staff is lower than expected. Check-out time is a bit too early.

The hotel's decoration and rooms are on point. The room offers ample space, includes all amenities, and boasts an incredible view. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary lockers, hanbaiki, laundry facilities, and a microwave for guests. The staff were very kind.

The coffee shop has excellent sweet options but lacked variety overall. I noticed the staff had a slight difficulty with English, but it wasn't a problem.

Nice, modern hotel with a cool room interior layout. Great location not far from Kokusaidori, with paid parking on-site too. Staff were friendly, the restaurant looked nice (although we didn't eat), and the hotel had all the amenities that we needed. We had a lovely view from our room and would definitely stay here again!
