Some staff was super nice, when there was an Issue with our Bathroom they made a room change easily happening. The artificial onsen was good and the location was close to everything.

Some staff, explicitly from the front office seemed rather annoyed to be there and to have to help, could've been a bad day though, nothing out of the world. There was a big issue in the first room with the bathroom, it started smelling really bad and the water was overflowing. After a change of rooms everything was fine at first, then water was overflowing somehow again when showering, but this time we didn't bother anymore as we left the next day anyway. Yet questionable that something like this happened in both rooms. Also the rooms where very damp when checking in. With AC and another device you could change it, but..

Confortable capsule with a small locker inside. Clear room and bathrooms. Towels and lockers are provided free of charge. The location is easily reachable from the monorail station in about 10 minutes walk.

The place felt very safe during the typhoon. It’s clean , quiet and confortable . I could wait in the lobby for the rain to stop for hours after my check out , thanks for that too. I had a great stay I recommend !

Breakfast closing from 9:30 felt too early for me :( But the staff was very nice with me and I was allowed to go a bit past the time anyway . Nice!

Extremely well located, really nice facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Public bath with a really nice sauna and cold bath as well. Very reasonable price.

Good place with cheap jacuzzi and nearby girl bars (lol!!). The hotel is close to bus stop and metro station. Very quite.

Wonderful hotel if you only need a place to sleep. It's clean, has all amenities available. The location is great too. I didn't find anything to complain about

There is a Chinese speaking FO who is very nice, she gave me many great recommendations.

The capsule will make sounds when every time I move a little bit.

the toilet for female is very very far from the bedroom. you need to go down and tale the elevator to go to the toilet. worst experience for people who often wake up in the middle of the night to go to toilet.
