The Estinate is a reasonably-priced hotel, located a short walk from the city centre and airport monorail line. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a laid-back feel, reflecting that of Okinawa. They assisted us when we needed to dispose of a broken suitcase (something of a challenge in Japan!), doing so promptly and charging us a small fee. It has a restaurant on-site, which does some fantastic Mexican / Japanese dishes, and a free beer hour from 5-6pm.

While we knew our room would be small, it felt particularly small even compared to other hotels in East Asia - so just something to bear in mind if you're travelling with bigger luggage or for more than a few nights. Also, while the hotel itself had a modern feel, our room did feel a bit dated, with marks on the carpets and quite a bit of wear and tear around fixtures and fittings. It wasn't a huge issue by any means, and the room was otherwise very clean, but it could perhaps do with a bit of a refresh.

I loved everything about it! My standard double room had everything I needed and it was spotless clean everywhere, as expected from a Japanese property. Soundproofing was very good, since my room was just next to the lift and I didn’t hear anything. The coin laundry on the 4th floor was very convenient, and you only need 1h in the dryer to properly dry your clothes, even with a bigger load. Free toiletries were provided at reception, and you could help yourself anytime. Very nice touch: providing nice,super soft pyjamas as part of the service. Also worth noting as exceptional: the body wash/shampoo/conditioner set in the bathroom-very good quality,aroma and feel! All the staff was very accommodating and helpful,with great English, always greeting you with a smile. The location is also very convenient,just 5-7 min away from the monorail station and the ferry terminal. Walking distance from Kokusai street as well, around 20 min.

The staff was great, and courteous. I would say that I’m quite a ‘troublesome’ guest, requesting for change of coins for laundry, asking for umbrella, and also safekeeping of the keys as I am afraid of losing it. All these were tended by the staff with a genuine smile. They speak good English so definitely welcoming. The lounge was great and they even have a co-working space and communal area on the top floor. Convenient for work trips. The food is very good and it’s a Mexican themed restaurant by the lobby. Fantastic and comfortable stay. Location is 5 minutes away from Miebashi station with plenty of combini around. 10 minutes walk to Kokusai. Thank you to all the staff at Estinate for making our stay a comfortable and pleasant one.

The hotel is well located, and although the room was small, it was perfect for me. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly, making it feel like a home away from home. I went to Naha to spend New Year's Eve, as I was by myself in Japan, and the hotel organized a wonderful party open to the public, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Every day, they offered a free happy hour with draft beer and other drinks, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, there is a great workspace available for those who need to work, making it very convenient. Overall, I liked the place a lot and would definitely stay here again.

The room was as similar as the look shown in the photos. I like the place as it is near the bus stop (1 min distance), Naha airport (~15 mins if travelled via a taxi or car) surrounded by several convience shops and around 13 mins walk from Kokusai Dori Street. Moreover, the staff were friendly, helpful and greeted us whenever we came back.

The cleanliness could be better as I found a dust on bed and there was some black spots on the curtain in the toilet, but other places were fine. Also I would like to have a hot water kettle in hotel room but it did not provided in single room. (However, there was a water refilling station on the 1/F)

The first and the last place with „soul“ in which I stayed during my trip in Japan. I liked the design, breakfast menu, location - close to Miebashi monorail station. I was able to enter my room before the check in time, which I do appreciate a lot. Hotel offers the highest possible service per medium range hotel class.

My room was super small and with the brick wall behind my window, but this is quite common in Japanese hotels. All the Okinawa advertising materials in the hotel lobby or in the room are in Japanese. It would be very much helpful if Hotel Team might take care about some hints and recommendations for the guests how to make the best of their stay in Naha.

The location was great! Close to the city Center and the monorail station as well as convenience stores. The interior and the lobby were nice and modern

Our room was way way smaller than advertised. The window was facing a wall and that was disappointing. It was our honeymoon stay so I was hoping to have a nicer room like the one we saw on the pictures in booking.com

+ nice casual hotel in a strategic location in Naha, close to both the monorail station and to the pier to the outlying islands + staff was very chill and always super kind + the screen in the room to watch Netflix/YouTube in the evening was a big plus for us

- beds were a bit small for a tall person - maybe it would be good to have more breakfast choices for vegetarians

Breakfast is perfect! All the room's facilities are great, but the sink's layout is a bit inconvenient. The room is small but comfortable. It's a bit of a walk to the station, but not too far, and there're convenience stores nearby.

The air conditioning is too cold, but we can't adjust it because it's central air conditioning. The laundry room is stuffy, and the clothes are still a bit damp after drying.

Very friendly relaxing atmosphere.

Parking rules were a little confusing and the person at the front desk couldn’t explain to us very well until the manager came back from his break to explain. I ended up paying a bit more than I expected. No chair in the room so you just sit on the bed. Since everyone probably sits on one side, the bed mattress was a bit slanted. I wish they put one small stool chair in the room.
